| (Moringa) and (Bio E Grass) is a total SCAM See UK Sunday times August 14th, the company Insight group Plc, is run by a profesional boiler room team located in Marbella Spain. promoting green products mainly sold by selling on the phone by experienced high pressure sales men earning massive comissions, Stealing money from unfortunate investors who are taken in by these sales men. This is a well packedeged operation, which is not FSA regulated, somtimes boiler rooms disguise this fact by using trustees wha are regulated normall some iffy IFA,, which means absouloutly zero when you loose your Invetment they are off the hook, if you Invest with this you will loose eveything, also avoid Carbon Credits, and most other bio investments as this is where all the Boiler Room scammers focus their attentions on currently. ... and now it seems that the Cape Town office of Insight is also in trouble with all the brokers being made redundant, whilst they have not being paid their salaries. Any investor who is at this stage not worried is reckless.
Is it not strange that after my last posting to Karl Rewind about Eddie Evans, no further questions have been asked about him. I wonder where Eddie Evans is now? May be in Dubai, preparing the next investment scam? |

| Will there be any charges to anyone for any of this? How can Joe Upchurch continue to travel while scamming people, and not be caught? His wife has started a company I hear. |

| How long did it take for this to happen, we all knew that the closing up of the SA office was on its way, its unfortunate that people have been scammed by the upchurches again and they will no doubt get away with it. Lets hope that the above rumours are true and that these two clowns get kicked out of Aus and have to face people back here in spain and UK. |

| The only contravention which the Upchurches can be charged with in SA, is the fact that they did not pay the taxes which they deducted on behalf of their employees and possible labor problems they might have. The main problem they have is that they have contravened several UK laws and it is for any of the UK investors to actually lay a charge in London. Whilst Joe and Renee Upchurch are in Australia, there is not a lot that can be done to save the day and get the investments back. I am willing to advise any interested investors. They can leave an email address or tel number here and I will contact them. |

| actually to be fair upchurch doesn't own that company. I used to work for insight in spain and i know that this is allbullshit from ex staff who were terrible at thier job. If the scam mongering continues all investors will end up losing all their money |

| Im an invester with insight in their moringa project. I have paid for a private detective to go to spain where they were based. He has come back and informed me that mrs upchurch was responsible for their marketing as she was for the company before aston lloyd. He has also confirmed from a colleague in aus that she has set up a removal company/marketing company and also so has 2 young children. I personally dont think that is the work of a con woman. I've also been informed that kevin prior was a director of one of insights sub companies. He also was a senior sales manager of aston lloyd but was sacked in 2010 for stealing. He is now running another scam company called carbon central who has tried to offer me product that seems to good to be true. They say they are based in gib but that is wrong. We have many associate directors and senior managers and any complaints should be directed to us and not in slanderous comments on this blog. | I take it from the content of the above post you are an ex employee, is this true about Upchurch or just bitter revenge, i would like to know as this guy has my money and i will get it back from him, even if it means a holiday in Aus to take it from his own hands, he will hand it over believe me!! is it all true or bitterness? |

I'm another investor in this, equally as worried as most of the others. Today I received a letter from Mr Upchurch / Insight explaining the Mozambique plantation had run into problems and advising me to transfer my investment to land in Gambia. Not sure yet whether I'm being asked for more money to do this or not.
At this stage I just want to recoup as much of my original investment as I can and get out, but don't know how to do this. Should I just hang on in with them for now, and hope I get something back (as others seem to have done, even if it's less than the expected returns)? Do I have any alternative? |

Read back through the various posts on this website and you will see that people were warned this was going to happen, kick and scream until, you get your money back, this is not going to end well for you, im sorry to say this but this is the start of insight going under, and the convenient thing for the weasel upchurch will be to blame this board for it, we all know that is not the case and it is just one big scam. sorry peeps but lesson learned. |
