| (Moringa) and (Bio E Grass) is a total SCAM See UK Sunday times August 14th, the company Insight group Plc, is run by a profesional boiler room team located in Marbella Spain. promoting green products mainly sold by selling on the phone by experienced high pressure sales men earning massive comissions, Stealing money from unfortunate investors who are taken in by these sales men. This is a well packedeged operation, which is not FSA regulated, somtimes boiler rooms disguise this fact by using trustees wha are regulated normall some iffy IFA,, which means absouloutly zero when you loose your Invetment they are off the hook, if you Invest with this you will loose eveything, also avoid Carbon Credits, and most other bio investments as this is where all the Boiler Room scammers focus their attentions on currently. | What a surprise that mask futures has come here with such strong defense, maybe an employee? However the facts still stand that if this was a legit operation they would not have closed down their Spanish office with such deviance, they knew on the Friday that they were shutting the office down but made the staff work with no knowledge, then ey cleated the office out over the weekend and phoned the staff on a Sunday evening, if this is how they treat staff do you really think they care about investors, also just because you have your first return it doesnt mean you can sell your investment and get the rest of your money back, because believe me it will be vey hard for you to sell, the directors will be using ore investors monies to pay you, (of course this is my opinion) I would say this is a massive ponsi scheme, I would suggest you try and sell your investment and see e response. Anyway all I suggest is you keep this post to look back on in 2/3 years time and realize you should have listened to the above posters. I'm glad to report that the ROI was paid into our business account today 23 Dec 2011.
Today is the 10th working day since that letter by which time we were told the payment would be paid by. They fulfilled their commitment and we received our returns.
Having received a good return for our investment, I believe we made a very worthwhile investment. Now the trees are established and maturing we anticipate a bigger harvest and better returns next year and in successive years (we know there's always the risk of force majeur as with any investment).
It is particularly satisfying because of the social considerations and benefit to local communities that make it a sustainable investment. Insight Group along with Platinum Management have to be credited with creating and managing this project with the foresight and strategic thinking of how it will unfold in a win-win way.

The whole thing's a whole lot less clear cut for this lot than they would like you to believe, and the conspiracy extends a lot wider than these dodgey estate agents, including lawyers, their accountants, the insolvency practitioners, some of the apparent dupes (who've been coopeted or were plants to begin with) and, as seems to be increasingly evident - the CoL Police.

While I'm waiting on my post to update the forum (seems to take several days), I'd like to add my final update.
I've received my ROI. All to plan. This is clear indication of a sound, legitimate investment.
I am very pleased with progress and detail reports I'd received from Platinum Management. It is my opinion that any investor with concerns should not be writing about them here but speaking to the directors at Insight who have been most helpful to me.
Those who are considering investing also talk directly with Insight to get your questions answered. Then make your own decisions. Kindly abstain from criticism based on speculation and presumptions. Insight are easy and helpful to talk to so be fair to them and to those of us who've taken the responsibility and decisions to invest with them (and doing very well).

I think the cynicism expressed is incurable. I am an independent private investor having enough business sense to do my due diligence to assess the risks against rewards. I do not make high risk investments, nor am I attracted by the safe no-risk investments as they build nothing for our future.
I'd advise those who are not prepared to do the legwork to not take part in these investment opportunities. It takes time and prospective investors should treat the time committed as signficant. It's also not healthy to criticise from the sidelines.
Certainly there have been many I've researched and decided not to opt for as I had doubts on their authenticity, credibility or integrity. But I did opt to invest in Insight Group Plc and have confidence in Platinum Management and will enjoy the development of the investments that bring value to the local society and myself.
To clear up in response to comments:
- I did update the forum as soon as I'd received my ROI (multiple times I'm afraid as it didn't seem to update for a few days!).
- I'm not in any way employed by Insight or Platinum (this was an anticipated criticism)
And finally to conclude, I wish to toast your success as well as mine in 2012 (sincerely).

| I did receive a return. Not the promised 15% but not bad at all. I am however worried that other shave not received a return yet. Can you all say if you have received money? I am also worried if this is a ponzi scheme, It seems quite plausible that they are using investors money to pay out this years returns. |

Maskfutures2; would you be able to explain your due diligence investigations?
If you researched the key members of the company you would find that they were heavily involved in Aston Lloyd and Obelisk, both companies now under criminal investigation for fraud.
If you researched the Insight Group offices you would find, as I seem to have found, a load of what seem to be fronts, with no one except ill informed "secretaries" to answer the phone, none of whom can give you a direct dial number for a director, and none of whom know anything useful about the company or what it does.
Insight Group's past record seems to be a failed project in Turkey, for which investors are still awaiting their money back, but which is still shown on their website and it would seem, still open for investors!
I am ready to be shown otherwise, but from where I am sitting this whole project stinks more and more every day.
I ask again, did everyone receive returns? (Returns that we were told would be paid in November) |

I quote Insight Group on the previous page
"Furthermore, Platinum are well within their rights to review their Management Agreement with individual investors who jeopardise the relationships with the buyers that they have worked so hard to build and who directly or indirectly bring the projects and the associated companies into disrepute."
Is this Insight Group trying to threaten/scare us? This is exactly how Aston Lloyd speak to their investors. Attack is their best form of defence. Threatening investors who have genuine worries about their investment seems to me very odd. |

| I heard that the closing of the Spanish office generated some bad feeling among ex-emplyees, some who have vindictively published false and defamatory information on this site. As an investor, of course, I was a little concerned at first by some of these claims. The claim that Joe Upchurch runs Insight Plc, for instance, is a fabrication. He was never the man behind Aston LLoyd anyway - that dubious priviledge belongs to a guy called Kulvir Virk. Upchurch was a consultant Insight used for a property scheme in Turkey that was launched but never actually got off the ground. Upchurch had not worked for Aston Lloyd for some time before it went into receivership but had an office close to Insight's in Marbella. Perhaps that's where the confusion lies. We received an anonymous email with a link to this site headed "Have been scammed" last Wednesday evening. Seems someone really has it in for Insight. We called the company on Thursday and Ray Pearson told us that at 3.31pm on Wednesday they had received an anonymous communication threatening to send Insight's clients such an email that day and to discredit the company unless they received £50, 000 via paypal. I can only say that we have seen nothing suspicious about Insight at all who seem to be unusually transparent but if anyone is seriously concerned about this stuff why not do as we did and ask the company to send details about the latitude and longitude positions of the plantations and check that they're there by satalite? They will also send company accounts and any legal documents, lease purchase documents you wish to see, even their tax returns. I still want to purchase any Mozambique moringa if anyone wants to sell but I don't want the company to go bankrupt due to scurrilous and cynical disinformation. Purely selfishly, I would be left with the problem of trying to do business in Africa without Insight's contacts and expertise. |

You silly silly woman, ray pearson is james rowlatt, and upchurch does run insight group, after all the warnings above you still fall for these scams, please save these posts so you can look back in a few years and always remember that you were warned. |
