Maurice Mendoza M & D Financial Services Guaranteed Refund- but DOES NOT REFUND! San Antonio, Texas

We hired Maurice Mendoza in 2010 and he GUARANTEED us that we would have 35% of the debt off my husband's credit report within 6 months or money back. We paid him $599. In 6 months NOTHING had changed on my husband's credit report. We contacted Maurice and he asked me repeatedly to give him a few more months before asking for a refund. He said he thought he could get it done. So we allowed it. After another 5 months we still had not seen ANY change in the credit report. We asked Maurice for a refund of our money as we were promised. He said he would send the refund but asked if we would accept it in payments because he was strapped for money.. WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We paid him in one payment and were having money problems, he SHOULD have paid us back in one payment. We accepted the "payment refund" plan because I wanted our money back and if that was the only way to get it, then I would take it. We received an email from Maurice stating he would send the first payment of $250 by that Friday. After 2 weeks we had not received anything. I emailed him constantly asking him where the money was (to keep it ALL in writing). He FINALLY responded after a few weeks stating that he would send it out the next week (he had never even sent it as promised). It still took another 3 weeks to receive the first $250. With that first payment, he has sent a letter stating he owed me $349 and would pay us another $250 in the next week. We NEVER got that payment. I have emailed Maurice repeatedly for months and tried calling him but someone answers his phone and tells me I have the wrong number. I wasted money doing this "credit repair" and want to warn others not to work M & D Financial Services, because they will not only get NO results but will also throw money away.
