Katour Line Wigs is a scam and its owner, Karen Henderson is a thief and should be reported to authorities. I ordered a wig in August 2010. It looked nothing like the photo on their website. I sent it back for an exchange. Karen Henderson, the owner and I spoke a couple of times and she said I owed more money for extra hair color and shipping. I paid. To date I have not received my wig nor my money back. If anybody has had a bad experience with Katour or if they have stolen from you too, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Once they have enough complaints, they will ensue a class action suit. Katour does not belong in business since they are stealing from people. They have 13 BBB complaints. I should have checked that first.

I also was scammed by Katourline Wigs. I ordered a wig from this company and purchased
It on March 30, 2011 and to date May 24, 2011 I haven't received my wig or a refund. I have filed a complaint withe BBB. And because of the complaint Katourline Wig sent me an email stating that as of June 1,
2011 the company will be under new management and will not answer because their customer service department will be closed. Unbelieveable! KatourlineLine WigKAREN HENDERSON ARE SCAMMERS!
Don't order from this company!

Just like the others. I too was ripped off. Save your money. You will never get your wig and Karen Henderson (if that's even her real name) will steal your money. File a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. This company has got to be stopped.

Hello I place an order on July 27 paid 101.35 also I had an credit $65.00from an previous from 2008. I just sent an email to customer service for order status. I have not heard anything as of yet also I have made attempt by phone on one every answer . So today I just type in similar wigs like Katour Line that how I came across the scam info . I am very hurt if this is true please reply to my email address: [email protected] .
