This man is VERY Dangerous.. Back page user. He would periodically disappears then shows up with a lot of cash!!!! He hops from woman to woman(typically a friend follower), He had me incarcerated for a fed offense by simply calling a Tip Line, because I told him I didn't want a relationship with him!! It took me 4 days to prove my innocence and once I was able to read the full report I knew Bill did this to me!!!!!!!!!! Once I was able to get home, Bill kept calling and texting me acting like he was worried and concerned kept trying to take me out to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and then proceeded to try and convince me to let him come back over to my house!!! I have never been intimate with this man Only wanted to be friends since he was seeing several women at once. He steals for these women and if you hire him he will steal from you to make his many women happy. The only reason he called my name in on a tip line was to have me souly depend and rely on him for food and money!!!!! This man is a serious psychopathic liar and he is very good an conning people for friendship etc. He even convinced the FBI that I , a mature happy independent single woman robbed a bank? You do NOT want this Man on your ship don't even toss him a floating device!!!
