WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE! - Approx 4 month ago I had spoke and obtained a quote from a Challenger sales consultant who is no longer employed there. I new sale conultant by the name of "FRED" an elder man arrives to my home (Late) with sort of a rude demeanor. I begin to explain where my conversation had left off with the previous consultant. I was quoted that there $18,995.00 pool special included the plans and permits as well as the 17' by 30' foot pool. Fred quickly disagreed, short of calling me a liar, then began ranting about how I am responsible for permits another $1,500.00 and the pool is not 17' by 30' but 14' by 28' feet and for the bigger size it's a additional $2,100.00. Ok so I find my prevoious package and quote to share it with Fred. This man tries to steal my previous quotes and becomes belligerent in my home. I asked for my previou quote back and he refused and became belligerent. I asked Fred to leave my home several times before I had to remind him he was a unwanted guess in my home and things were going to elevate. He walked out with the previous quote like there was a chance in H*LL that I would do buisness with him. Wait .. It gets better. No sooner than I was able to escort Fred of my property I contacted a Manager by the name of Bruce who I explained the events that just occured. Bruce first tries to assures me that he never had a issue with Fred and that they are not reponsible for there sales consutlant or what they quote you. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?? I was moments of doing a $20k cash transaction to a company that takes no reponsibilty for their employees. What a joke!! This is the first and probally the only times I ever went to this extent to file a complaint I always read these blogs and thought that some people are just hard to please but from the sales consultant all the way to the manager Bruce I was basically told that my buisness was of no importnace and there word as well as what they provide you as a written quote is full of lies. BEWARE OF CHALLENGER POOLS! |
