on 10-10-09 i sing w/Dish Network,injoy Better TV,a 2 year contrac that is Legal Only for these rippoffs!
There is no more the "customer is right"! In there, false misleading adversment,they promice the Sun & they deliver Moon dust! They promiss a Digital Dish,digital cable lines &a brand new Receiver,a $50.00 gift card, A New Digital receiver, free HBO&cinemax for 3 mos & 1 cent for cinemax for the rest of yr,& 2to3 hrs of instalation & a low price packege of $24.99 witch turn out to be a $29.99 & a contrac for 2 yrs garanty not to go up.
Well it did,after the first yr to $42.15,the contrack is good & legal only for the Corporations,& you the customer all ways get Scrood!& if you threaten you are going to cancel,they slap you w/ A threat of the rippoff $500.oo Penalty for early Termination! There installers came,they never installed the Digital lines ,they used DirecTvs lines,cost to DishNetwork $0.
Next ,they try to install the Cheapest plain old used Dish.
Then they had the Odecity to install A Used receiverw/ glass stains & it was nicesly packaged in a new box,i asked them to bring a new one or the deal was off.
Them Con Artist ,went to there truck & they brought Another used one,this one had Paint smugess.
2nd call to Dish Local ofice in Tucson AZ& there1800.
3rd time it appear new,but both installers admited that they do give old/used receivers mostly to older people or who ever is not complaining,because Dish knows that most people do not want to be bothered. Then they went up in the attick to suposetly install the digital lines witch they Never did,they used DirecTV lines & Broke the Cover to attick acces.
The one that did it ,wile in attick ,he was yelling for help ,then he put the cover together,like nothing ever happen & God knows what other damage they done up there. Next the same one went to connect my bedroom tv to there system ,he blow the Speaker ,so it took them over 6 hrs to finish the instalation,many calls to Corporate. I was so upset w/ Dish when i found out that they were using DirecTV Lines,also that they never install there own as promised,i wanted to terminate our contrac w/ in 2 weeks that they falsley Miss advertise that you have 30 day ,if not happy one can cancel. Well that is BS,because they threaten me they were going to Charge My Credit Card $500.
So i was Traped in a 2 yr Cotrac w/ these Con artist! After many calls to Dish corporate & the Local Lcc corp on 4261 s.Station Master Dr Tucson Az 85714,the field service manager Travis Viorin,came to replace the broken cover to Attick,but would not fix my bedroom Tv,or give me an other one,at the end he Snekingly pulled out a printed letter & said that was to show that he brought a new cover & that is it .
As trusting full that i am,i sing it w/ out reading ,i could not read because i did not have my glacess.
After he left i put them on to find out that they blame the damege to a, fictesious person that suposetlyn enter my attick after there installers left & the Tvs sound was turned Off!
OMG, They Defraud you to your face ! None of the Dish Rippoff con Artist that sing me up w/ there Phone names &phone badge Numbers were to be found,i was told that they did not exist,so this is something new in corporate Coraupt Corporations,or i just found out. Next there rippoff billing Department;they charge me about $150 for a deposit & 2 Months payment in Advance.
So for 2 yrs now i been paying 2 mos in advance & i know i will Never get the Refund at end of 2 yr contrac as they also promised.
I ben an Excelent account for Dish Network.
First they sing you up for the Auto pay witch is golden for them because they know that most people will Not Check if the montly charges are correct.
I cought them over charging me ,so i stoped the Auto pay,lesson learned! So them Crooks,they began sliding $5.00 every month fo Channels i never order.
More calls w/ Dish reps w/ there fictitious names,& they do not want to credit you Instantly ,as they suck your money instantly.
" Oh,you will see credit in30 to 60 days".
There next new & inproved Rippoff is :in Aprill&May of 2011 they began charging me $5.00 for Starz Channel ,i never order or ever wanted,another Intrapment!
"Oh they were going to credit my account the $5, only if i sing on for Additional 12 mos"
I told them to remove the charge,not to do it again because i so Fedup w/ them,i was going to complain to the FCC &BBB,a fectitious Sam said they were not going to do it again. There Greed is Getting Worst,next month Again,more calls ,now i Threat that i was going to terminate our Contrac earlier because i was fed up w/ them.
They threaten back that they were going to charge my credit Card $400. In June 2011 i notifie them that at end of contrac ,it was over,i was done w/ them. Now here is there new way of Ripoff;They began sending me statements showing that i was late on my bill for 2 mos,more phone calls that led to nothing. Then i discover the Record feture of my digital camera ,because after 2 yrs of abuse by Dish &other Con artist & they all say"Conversation might be monitor or recordet",Now i record every one that is Ripping me off,im so fed up of Corporate abuse &lies! On 9/08/11, w/ recorder on,call Dish to ask them to stop sending these late bill Statements,i pad the last bill on 8/12/11 & since i pay 2 mos in advance &the contrac ends 10/10/11,i was done w/ them,End Game.
The person w/ the Fictetius name comfirm that i was paying them 2 mos in advance,ask why i was cancelling &if i could Reffer other people to Dish?
Oh ,they are obsesivly Greedy,after all the hell you put me through for 2 yrs do you really think im going to trap other people w/ Dish? She comfirm my address to send the Return box for the receiver &part of the Dish & if i could not unistall that 2nd part from the Dish that is attached to the roof of House,Again they were going to charge my CC $300 &$15 for shipping.
OMG, Corporate Coraupt is out of Controll,Were is the FCC or any Gogerment Agancy to police them,the public is Getting tottaly Abused & Ripped off! Few days latter the return box came,by 9/15/11 ,there receiver was unpluged & in the box . There hight tech system detectet the Unplug receiver so Dish began calling every day telling me to call them ASAP because they were going to terminate the Service!
Another Con from Dish Network! I asked my neighbor to detach the Dish he was going to charge me,i try,i could not do it. On 9/16/11 ,i called Dish again , there system did not requdnize my phone number,this time a nice person name Scott, in tech Sypport ,said i did not have to detach it from the roof . Then they were calling 3 times per day &send bills that show i was late for 3mos +penaltys.
The last time i called them,recorder ON was, 10/12/11,there system did not rekidnize my number & there was no option to speek to any one,so it hung up on me 3times,4th time i kept pressing 0 to get through & after the Sufle , i did speek to the Most Prejudis,Rud Mean Wisel Con Artist.
I ask him to delete the charges & to send my refund of deposit & since i pay 2 months in advance i have over pay them & to Stop calling 3 times a day & stay the hell away from me & if they did not i was going to file complaints.
I was hopping they would go away , because it is very painful to write a complaint ,because you have to relive the Nightmare. Unfortunatly they continued Harresing me in the same way,then yesterday ,10/24/11,i rceived a phone message from a Collection Agency. As per there ever so Misleading Adversment ,"No.1 in customer satisfaction",Realy ,were?
they abused me from the very begining & they still do! I will Never do business w/ Dish Network again!
There Excesive Anethical Greed will cost them more at the End.
