I had the nad idea to get a cell phone booster sold by "buythemaxnow.com".

I was not getting good reception at all in my apartment building and did not want to spend hunderds of dollars for a high end cell phone booster.

I surfed the web and found out about the MAX product and thought I would give it a try.

I should have checked if I could return the item or even contact the company as I have not been able to do both so far.

They sell the "MAX" for $25 + shipping. I have not gotten one more bar of reception than I had before.

This item is useless at least for my situation. They have 4 testimonials on their website and that's it. That should be another sign that something is wrong. Also, i tried to leave a civil testimonial but it never got posted.

STAY away from this scam!

This "complaint" was handled appropriately. MR King was refunded his money, INCLUDING shipping and a new device was sent to him. There is an email trail from him acknowledging this, too.
Mr. King has also used our website name for his sign in on this site. I tried to contact Mr. King to have this complaint removed as it is inaccurate and received no communication back form him. Since he has filed an inaccurate complaint, used a trademarked name as his own and has improperly defamed the company, we are filing a complaint against him in Los Angeles County Court. I have also requested this website to remove his posting as they are also allowing unauthorized use of our trademarked name and they too have not responded. They too will be subject to legal action.
The problem with online message boards is there does not have to be any truth to the matter in order to post. We have had no other complaints registered like Mr. King's. We take this very seriously and will see to it that he answers in the appropriate manner.
It is the responsibility of the owners of this site to also use a certain level of jurisprudence and they have not.
