Please do not use this company to move or store your furniture! They are a complete scam. Their website states that there are "No Hidden Costs" or "No Surprises". However, when I received my statement it was filled with hidden costs and surprises. I was automatically charged over $100.00 for 1hr and 30 minute commute fee when it literally took them 22 minutes from my old home to my new address. I was charged $18.00 for packing tape, $15.00 for mattress covers even after I specifically told them not to use them. To top it off, they advised me that the mininum charge for a move was $415.00 for approximately 3 hours, but they moved my furniture in one hour and charged me $651.00. To make matters worse, they overcharged me and damaged my furniture. They lost the electrical cables to my China Cabinet, so now the lights can't turn on. Furthermore, when they assembled my china cabinet they forced the screws in the wrong slots causing chunks of the laquer to fall out. They promised "professional movers" that can handle sensitive equipment but I was serviced with two young kids that seemed completely clueless. I called them several times to no avail. They didn't even have the courtesy to extend an apology or a price break. Don't ever use this company!
