I contracted Navarro Roofing to install a new roof on my Palos Verdes Estates home. Mr. Navarro promised to have the last skylight done by this recent rain storm but to no avail. Not only did he not send over the men he promised to cover that skylight on the roof! I ended up with the other skylights leaking and he also left a gaping hole in the fascia board. I called Navarro but all I got was promises someone would be by, and the â€œSo sorry. I will be there tomorrow or be there in the morning." excuses. Day after day. As of today no call and no one attempted to come by. I took matters into my own hands and called another roofing company, who came out promptly and covered the problem and will be back to fix it. Through the new contractor Iâ€™ve learned Navarro flat-out lied about doing some work on the roof. Iâ€™ve found out through another neighbor that he pulled the same stunt on another couple 2 streets over months before. I have since heard from other people who used his services that their roofs leaked. He was not responsive to their calls either and they had to call in another contractor. So warning to my fellow Palos Verdes Estates neighbors watch out for this Roofing Company! I will be contacting my Attorney to file Suit Homeowner Palos Verdes Estates
