Thanks to BHNJ, the NJRC, and the freeloader president of the franchise, Lawence Vecchio,the NJRC would sell our troops and families for our military support. Sup. Gengye supported fake agencies with no employees, the rights to contracts at signing, not after Karen Gross altered the agreement due to the missing signiture of the office manager of paramus n.j Mary Polise. This was driven away with the kids. Will the children testify seeing grandma in her office. I have never signed a 1 year agreement. I have multiple contracts at home, ask Karen if my family has no honor for serving the country. Three statements were given to Genyge during the recorded interview. Two employee's from the agency stated the same,will testify. It took 6 months to recieve the results of the investigation signed by Dir. Kinnelion, they supported BHNJ. A year later I recieved a recorded message that the investigation was never conducted. This is my investigation of BHNJ, and the NJRC, since the chief investigator, Kevin Strout, felt there wasn't any crime.These are statements, witness, and documents and recordings.The NJRC had investigated the Paramus agency due to multiple complaints, due to no employees and that Vecchio had breached the lease agreement. He's breached agreements at 2 other locations. There are multiple lawsuits against his agencies. They support agents that advertise fraud, office managers being sued for fraud, and one employee has stated that Vecchio has bought the commission. During this trying time in America, while so many homeowners are losing their homes because they can't pay thier mortgage. Vecchio is supported for breaching agreements. I had worked with Westwood office and never experiened any contract alterations,or being insulted for my son being a ranger,Karen the realtor stole my rights, contract, a year of our lives. The N.J. Real estate commission gave thier full support to this criminal company and their actions. Gov. Christe had promised to clean up the corruption of Trenton, not for the families that have served. Also with Mr.Vecchio opening agencies with no employees, advertising fraud, stealing unfinished contracts, and they advertise this as stress free.
