Fraud- Corruption

Defendants attorney that falsified information to purposely and maliciously cause a false criminal arrest for "nonsupport" for a child that was not even the plantiffs child by birth or adoption... to show his ability to abuse the law. Defrauded the plantiff by changing and submitting a divorce agreement where he "inserted" and altered pages after the signatures were obtained. Just a good ole boy in Bristol Tennessee's Civil Court. This disgusting piece of work is so immoral and horrible that he caused this arrest knowing the plantiff was returning from her daughters funeral out of state- her daughter was the Army nurse, Holley Wimunc that was murdered in 2008 at Camp LeJeun. Now how dispictable a person he and this judge must be. Hey if any one else out there knows Linda Sampson up there at WorkForce Development in Nashville (and is not afraid that she might hire one of her slum renters to shoot you in your back yard like she got away with in Johnson City, Tennessee to poor ole Bob Sampson her late husband and prior owner of Boones Distributing... she's the reason this so called attorney totally disregarded all conduct as an attorney. Hey this woman must really have something special to get two Bristol attorneys and a judge to blatantly abandon all morals and ethics. Hey but dont try and hire him cause he will sell you down the river like he does all his other "beneath him" clients, unless ya already got the judge in your pocket or Linda Sampson. Want to see the corruption in person, any day of the week that civil court is held in Bristol Tennessee is a guarantee you'll see the most horrendeous, deceitful, unlawful behaviors of those that supposedly know the law.....if they do, none of them are practicing law...just corruption. Forget the Tennessee Law Review....their there to protect them.
