recently i broke my only glass pipe, so i had to replace it. I went to Chunky Glass Pipes dot com, because the site SEEMED ligit, and the prices were relativly cheap. plus they brag about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Mean while, i payed an extra 6 dollars to get 2-3 day shipping. I bought a glass pipe from them on June 28th and here i am at july 5th, and my order simply never came! I tried to e-mail them a few times, and even though they brag about this customer service, THEY DIDNT GET BACK TO ME, CALL ME, WRITE ME....ANYTHING! I even called the number they list on the web site, and there was no ring, just a message box saying you can leave NO message because its full...probably full of comlaints! I have never been ripped off online, but im starting to belive i've been had. I sent an additional 2 e-mails today, but if my package dosent come by noon tomorow, im gonna call the credit card company, then call Lynwood police and file a complaint with them. i know the cops wont do much about it, but i saw another guy who posted, encouraging others to complain to Lynwood police if they got ripped off too. Ill up date this or delete my complaint if they dont come through, but im kinda doubting that now. To anyone out there looking for pipes, dont be a fool! check around and go to sites like this to make sure your NOT GETTING RIPPED OFF! you dont wanna waste 7 days and 36$ like me! If they actually dwelivered what they promised you'd hear me praise them up and down! however, DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

dude same with me. I ordered $59.94 worth of a pipe + the 2-3 day shipping!!! its been 9 days and I haven't seen or heard anything (because I tried calling and emailing them with no response). This site's so called 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' is terrible.

I would not recommend anyone buying from this site. Please save yourself the hassle :/
