On Thursday October 13,2011 I submitted my telephone company payment on their website using my ADP prepaid visa card that my pay check is deposited on . Then on Tuesday October 18,2001, I received an e-mail from ADP services stating that my visa card was in the negative. The payment I submitted on the 13th for my home phone had been debited twice(132.66 x 2). I immediately contacted the company and was told by the first lady it would be 7 to 10 days before they would return the funds. I explained that the phone company only received 1 payment, and that I was the person who submitted the payment via the internet and I had also only sent it once. After not getting any type of help I asked for a supervisor. I then was transferred to "Waldo" who I explained everything to again. He kept me on hold for over 20 minutes, and then explained that he would remove one of the charges, basically and that he would put the funds back on my card immediately. I thanked him and hung up. The next morning October 19th, I check my account, and it is still overdrawn. I again call and speak with Desiree who also puts me on hold for about 10 minutes, and she tells me that she can not get a hold of Stephano, to see what he was doing about this after my call the prior day. I never spoke with a Stephano, only a Waldo, and tell her this which makes her start to stammer. She asked me to call back in 30 minutes to 1 hour to see if she can find this "mysterious" man I again look at my statement and see that they are charging me 50 cents for each phone call. I know this is minimal charge, but at the rate I am having to call I am getting further and further in the negative. So as of today I have not called again. It is now October 20th, and I go to my statement, and the amount is still in the negative and growing with each inquiry I make. Really do not know how to rectify this situation, and payday is less then 7 days away. Think I will definately change from having my employer deposit my next check on this account. Help!!! |
