Fashion is the art ,shoes-sandal-mall.com Ordered a $60.00 pair of shoes, received a $60.00 mouse pad. Internet, Internet |
26th of Aug, 2011 by User528655 |
I ordered a pair of shoes on July 8, 2011 from Fashion Is The Art / www.shoes-sandal-mall.com. When I had not recieved after 2 weeks I sent a message with no reponse. I sent 3 messages and received no response. There is not a phone number to contact these people; only email. I also thought I was dealing with Britian as the website suggests. I finally set up a dispute thru Paypal ( this is how I made payment). Paypal found in the companie's favor because I had signed for an item at the post office. I receive several items as I make jewelry for a hobby and I order supplies from all over the world so I am always receiving items from the post office, I thought it was just more jewelry supplies. I then told Paypal that I did sign for an item at the post office on July 17 (?) and the item tuned out to be a mouse pad, not a pair of shoes. I then called Discover card to file a claim, I have not recieved word as yet. |

This is what happened to me too. I had also ordered shoes and receivced a mouse pad - although I thought the mousepad was a giveaway from another company I had bought headphones from - which I thoguht was a little strange at the tiime. It is only now that I have read your post that I see that the shoes that I have been waiting on will not arrive. I have a claim lodeged with Paypal also. I also note that the site has beent taken down. |

This is also what happened to me as well. I ordered shoes on July 4, 2011 and tried numerous time to contact Fashion is the Art. The only location showing was in Nevada. I never got a response from the emails I sent inquiring about my order. During the process of waiting for the order, I received a mouse pad in the mail. I did not have to sign for it, it just came. The return address was in Chinese, nothing I could make out, and inside was a flimsy weird mouse pad. I thought also that it was just some promo deal, threw it out, and never connected with the shoe order until I notified Paypal that I had not received my shoe shipment. They checked into it and contact the "seller" who had proof of a shipment sent to me. That's when I realized I had gotten a mouse pad instead of shoes. I have to contact Paypal again because they sent me a notification that I have to send back the mouse pad in order to rectify the situation. What a scam! The webpage is not even up anymore. |

Is this the website? http://www.kelly-mall.info/
I placed an order BEFORE I found this site. I immediately stopped/cancelled my payment through PayPal once I read this stuff. I need to contact PayPal in the morning to make sure everything is cancelled for sure, and I sent an e-mail to the seller, too, letting them know that I cancelled the payment. The e-mail address that I was given was [email protected] (and yes, that's how they spell it). I should have known better with all the mispelled words and horrible grammar. |

I spoke again with Paypal today to explain that I had thrown away the mouse pad that I received as the bogus "shipment" and explained it all again to them. I told them about all of the people on the internet who all the same experience as I had. They are now very well aware of what is going on, expressed their outrage that this seller is doing this to all of us and they refunded my entire $102. Thankfully. . . . I did learn a good lesson. |

I have had the same experience too! I had a feeling it was too good to be true! I emailed a stockists of a shoe that they had to confirm it was real and they even said yes?! Which makes me feel even more annoyed! I emailed about seven times after ten days of no email response about my delivery and my account always said processing! The transaction went through quick enough with paypal.
After finding this web site I realised maybe I was never going to get a reply so I have taken it as a dispute with paypal who ate awaiting a reply from the so called seller. I think they know it's a problem as it went straight to them getting involved.
So BEWARE AND AVOID KELLY-MALL.INFO and the other sites they have! |

I've had the exact same experience as the other people who complained. After not receiving my shoes for 10 days, and not hearing back regarding my emails, I did a search and came up with these reviews. I just registered my complaint with paypal, who apparently have information based on other complaints about this company. Now, I'm just waiting for my mousepad to arrive.
What a scam. Do not buy anything from this company. |

I also ordered a pair of reebok shoes from them at www.kelly-mall.info/privacy.html and I received a dinky Molly Siress bag. When Paypal contacted them they replied that my package was sent to me but unfortunately it was not what I ordered. This company is a SCAM - BEWARE!!! |

I unfortunately placed an order with Kelly-Mall in late August as well (I believe they are also operating a website under the name of (ben-shoes.com). When I hadn't received any shipping info after one week, I got a bad feeling about them, did some belated research, and found this site. I wish I had looked them up sooner, but I had never heard of a scam being done at this level before, with a full website, many brands, privacy policy, returns policy, valid PayPal account, etc.
I immediately filed a claim with PayPal, stating that I had information that Kelly-Mall is operating fraudulently. PayPal contacted Kelly-Mall and were given a tracking number from China Post--pretty strange considering the Kelly-Mall website says they are in Loughborough, UK. So I guess my mousepad or shopping bag is on its way to me already. I phoned PayPal and asked them what I should do. They said to go ahead and accept the shipment, it will not hurt my chances of making a claim. I no longer expect to get the shoes I ordered, but I do hope PayPal will refund my money once the bogus shipment arrives. |

I am still waiting for paypal to resolve my case but instead of receiving four pairs if shoes I did receive a Hannah Montana shopping bag. With no return address most importantly?!
Complete scam and hopefully with all the cases mounting up paypal can get monies and stop them somehow. |

Wow I almost ordered a pair of Nina shoes that were 37 instead of 140 and thought the website was kind of weird. But the shoes were older so I thought I'll wait because I was unsure of the size. Found it also weird of the location too. If you google maps and press the outline person button you can get a Satellite view of tue street. It's a park! Immglad I didn't order as I definitely don't have he money to piss away. I feel so sorry for anyone that used paypal but they usually refund quickly and I really feel sorry for people thy use a reg credit card or banco card as they coul wipe out your acct!:( |

thanks to previous posters for the info ... I suspected $37 for a pair of Merrell sandals with FREE shipping was just too good to be true!!! Website is a bit dodgy looking as well - I found "kelly-mall.info"
Paypal need to find a way of stopping these crooks fast... |

I too ordered shoes and received a mouse pad...have sent lots of emails to them but never get a response. live and learn I guess... |

I wish I had thought to look to see if this place was too good to be true before I placed an order. I'm glad that I paid via paypal, anyway. I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/26/11 for $63.80 and as of 10/12/11 the order is still listed as pending. I have contacted them to no avail, and have now filed a claim with paypal. I will certainly be wary of who I shop with on line in the future. I should have known that the price was too good to be true. I don't know how people who do this sleep at night. |

I ordered two pairs of shoes - never received them - instead received a Hannah Montana bag probably only worth $1.00. I contacted PayPay and had to mail bag back - cost me $15.00 Still haven't received refund from PayPay. |

I feel even more the fool now. I ordered $233. of shoes. I received a hannah montana cloth bag. I could not figure out who would send me this piece of garbage, even as a joke. finally decided it was my brother who is living/teaching in korea. NOT. I have no recourse because according to the post office, my tracking numbers show "delivered". Nice scam. No refund, which had they not sent anything, I would have been able to get-this way, I am screwed, they have my money and my only recourse is to shoot myself for being so stupid.
LEARN FROM THIS ONE, PEOPLE!! |

This company also goes by fashion-shoes-mall.com. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and got a cheap black bag from CHINA. Not the UK where this company says it is based. They only send the bag as "proof" that they sent you something so if you dispute the transaction - it will not be in your favor. I filed a complaint with Paypal and after several calls finally had my money refunded. The seller did tell Paypal that if I returned the shoes they sent, they could refund my money after they confirmed receipt. What a scam! |

I too ordered sandals in August which I thought were from an English company so made no connection when I received a very cheap Hannah Montana bag which I hadn't ordered but it had a signed for China Post label. I was out when it was delivered so I didn't sign for it but when I lodged a dispute with PayPal for non receipt of my sandals lo and behold the China Post signed for tracking number came back. My non receipt dispute had to be changed to a 'significantly different to what was ordered' dispute. As I had received an item I had to return it at my cost £7.02p (tracked) which I did. China post have made one unsucessful attempt to deliver the parcel and will make one further attempt before it is returned to me. I don't know where I stand then with a refund. This website has now gone but probably just to a new website and probably served by Paypal. I was re-assured placing the order because it was backed by Paypal but I don't feel that buyers protection offers the re-assurance I once thought it did. I did look into at asking the credit / debit card company to reverse the transaction which is an option but as I had raised it as an issue with Paypal decided to continue down that route but still waiting. A huge scam beware if buying shoes that look cheap - they aren't! |

|
Further to my earlier post this website has not gone and worse still Paypal is still processing payments - an absolute discgrace |

Exact same thing happened to me. I found the website thru Thefind.com, which I have used before without any problem. I showed my daughter the "amazing" prices and she told me it was too good to be true. With this in mind, I thankfully, spent only 20.00 on a pair of shoes. Ordered 10/6/11. Same pattern, no confirmation e-mail, sent e-mails that went unanswered and finally on 11/1/11 got my package from china, a flimsy black cloth tote bag. My store was fashion-shoes-mall. They say they are in indiana, but that's a lie. I contacted Thefind, and now they are not on their website. I guess I'll tell Paypal next. Really clever, scamming us with designer shoes at bargain basement prices. If it's too good to be true. it probably is. |
