| I ordered a pair of shoes on July 8, 2011 from Fashion Is The Art / www.shoes-sandal-mall.com. When I had not recieved after 2 weeks I sent a message with no reponse. I sent 3 messages and received no response. There is not a phone number to contact these people; only email. I also thought I was dealing with Britian as the website suggests. I finally set up a dispute thru Paypal ( this is how I made payment). Paypal found in the companie's favor because I had signed for an item at the post office. I receive several items as I make jewelry for a hobby and I order supplies from all over the world so I am always receiving items from the post office, I thought it was just more jewelry supplies. I then told Paypal that I did sign for an item at the post office on July 17 (?) and the item tuned out to be a mouse pad, not a pair of shoes. I then called Discover card to file a claim, I have not recieved word as yet. |

| I too have not received a pair of boots I ordered. I have sent numerous e-mails without response. I will be calling Paypal. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. |

BUMMER.
I ordered a shipment from www.kelly-mall.info/
When I went to finalize the payment, PayPal notified me that "[email protected]" couldn't receive payments. I thought this was odd, so I contacted the website to report the issue.
I didn't hear back from this website. But I did check back the next day, and it didn't work. I checked back the following day, and vualah! It worked!
It was just too good of a deal to pass up. I felt like I had to give it a try before it ran out of sizes...
Well, I didn't notice that the account for PayPal was now through "[email protected]". This tells me that they have already changed out accounts with the proper spelling of kelly mall, and they're just knocking off letters to pass through accounts.
I'm getting this email about titled "fashion shoes is the art!" - really confused about where this name came from. It's an email from another guy, saying he's the owner, with a different name, and then "kelly-mall" is tagged at the end of the email. Such a red flag.
Well, my account process has been "pending" for the past week. I don't know what this means, and I thought it was ridiculous. So I contacted to people, again. And again. And I still don't hear from them. I just wanted a notification about whether or not the shipment was going through... And I've been having issues receiving packages, so I'd like to talk to someone about a tracking number.
So, as I thought about it, I was mad that it was so difficult to work with these people.
There is almost no information out there about kelly-mall. So, I looked up this another of [email protected] with "baoshoes" - so many names - and then sure enough... the only information I get is about how they are fraudulent. I'm so sad.
So, instead of waiting to get a tote bag instead of shoes, I reported a dispute to PayPal right away. They say that they're waiting to hear from the distributor... but I highly doubt they won't be hearing from them.
Seriously, I would be happy if they would hear from them, and this site worked out as it was promoted. Alas, it is too good to be true... |

| I was also scammed by this website. I ordered a pair of boots and what I went to pick up at the post office today was a reusable shopping bag. Thanks to all the of the complaints above I was prepared and had already disputed with Paypal and the package is on it's way back to China. I have also filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx, it's my mission to get this website shut down, even though i'm sure they will just open another. |

| Thank goodness for you all! I ordered a pair of shoes last night and had an uneasy feeling about it. I found this website this morning and was able to cancel my payment through paypal, before it was claimed. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL DOING BUSINESS THROUGH PAYPAY?!?!?!?! |

| I ordered some shoes and fortunately I used paypal...They were never ever able to process the order because they are not registered with paypal. Don't use this company...They are scamers! |

fter receiving no confirmation email and the prices being too good to be true, I did a few google searches and found out it is a fraudulent website. Luckily I was able to cancel my PayPal payment.

| The kelly-mall looks like its changed to Ha Care.shop. Although still under kelly-mall sort of. The Ha care is out of Korea. This name shows up on the pay pal order. I became suspicious when I did not receive any shipping info. Seemed strange. I did some research, then found this sight. I went directly to pay pal and canceled payment. Thanks everyone. |

OMG Thanks to ALL of you. I had just made a purchase through them yesterday. I just went to Paypal and cancelled my payment to them.Hopefully it was not too late. $127 don't come so easy for me.
I should have known better...the prices were just dirt cheap for Dansko's. Thank you all again!!! |

| I ordered some Dansko shoes from Sandelmall ([email protected]). When they were not recieved, I emailed them. After 3 unanswered emails, I googled them and found this website. I did receive a piece of trash in the mail about a week ago. It was some fuzzy insoles for shoes, which went straight to the trash. I did not sign for anything. They just appeared in my mailbox with no return address. I filed a complaint with Paypal who informed me that this company has provided them with a receipt for a shipment. I have now appealed this claim. How can they ship a twenty five cent piece of junk and pass it off as a pair of shoes? Paypal has lost my respect if they continue to let these low-life crooks use their services and scam people. |

| "Fashion Shoes it is the art!" is a SCAM!!! I ordered a pair of boots from this site and patiently waited 2 weeks for my order. I felt something was wrong so I contacted the seller along with Human Resources numerous times and no response. I was so upset so then I filed a claims report with "paypal" (what I paid through) and hopefully I will get my money back. I also noticed many people with the same issue which I wish I saw before I made that order. I learned my lesson and this is a warning for anyone looking to order from that site. The funny thing is that I never order anything online for this same reason so I am highly upset I even trusted them. Their site needs to be shut down immediately once and for all.
