Trying to buy my time share

I have been contacted by Colorado Management Group and they imply they are associated with Colorado Property Management Group. I contacted the Colorado Property Management Group and they said they are not associated with the Colorado Management Group. They are offering a great deal of money for my time share and say nothing is required in the way of a fee until I receive my money then they take 8% for the sales of the time share. I have received a proposal from them but don't believe it to be valid. I have attached a copy of the proposal that was sent to me, how do I validate it validity.

Dear R Coffey, We also got a phone call with a proposal from this company. Let's face it, if they are offering more than what you paid for the timeshare you can't believe them. It would be cheaper for them to just go down to Mexico, or where ever your time share is and buy it out right, wouldn't you think? We declined their offer.

Just got the same offer from Colordao Management Group, $34, 900 for my timeshare. Please, I see timeshares at my resort selling for $5, 000. So these guys are that stupid? Look we would all like to sell our timeshares for what we paid, I'd also like to see a balanced federal budget. I'm more likely to see
a balanced budget before I ever see daylight on that timeshare of mine. But at least I use it.

I was also contacted by Colorado Management Group and they offered me 39, 900 for my Los Cabos timeshare. Then National Escrow Services sent me instructions where to wire 3990 to some place in Mexico for transfer fees. The transfer fee is only 499.00 so where is the money really going. SCAM When I tried to google the name of the account it was to go to nothing came up. When I told them I wasn't interested of course they try every way they can to persaude you. Club Regina is looking into how these companies are getting our contact information.
