I signed on to this site based on media coverage and assumed it would be an interesting site to review. Like others I was don able to access the information I was looking for prior to providing credit card details. I did not see anything relevant to the $149.75 charge and had I seen it would not have proceeded. Once I signed on and found out that I had 400 credits I instantly phoned to question what this was for as I wasn't buying anything however whated to look into their site to see what type of options they were offering. The web page shows pics of a warehouse (which gives the impression that they had mutiple items) and I assumed there would be mutiple items to bid on. ACTUALLY THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. When I notice they only had a few items on one page I phoned and spoke to an assistant who advised me what they were actually doing. When I advised him that I was therefore NOT interested in this site and having received an email indicating I had been charged $149.75 I requested a REFUND. I contacted their customer support via email however got a reply about payment page and refund policy which did not provide any information regarding receiving a credit for this charge. The assistant I spoke to advised me that all call were recorded therefore there will be no doubt that I was asking for a refunded as I believe there site was VERY DISCEPTIVE and did not interest me once I found out exactly what they were or WERE NOT OFFERING.
