MR. SANDLESS THEY RUINED MY $8000.00 FLOORS!!! Missouri

Mr. Sandless ruined my $8000.00 hard wood floors!!!! They came out twice and coated my floors with something that now makes them horibble to look at. I have contacted them on several ocassions and no actions have been taken...they said they would come out and look at them and they are always a no show..i got ripped off big time!!! No one will call me back so my only choice is to go thru the BBB. I SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHOSE FLOORS ARE RUINED!!!!! I just want a call or something saying they will fix the problem. I was told that the sealant that was used was a bad batch the first time so to fix it they just covered it up...now the floors are dull and can't be cleaned at all. The only choice i have now is to have them removed or to put carpet on them...what a shame how do they get away with it...I would love to talk to the CEO but when i ask for information they just hang up on me and when i call back it is an accidental hang up again I call I get another hang up. I trusted them...i paid for services rendered and they have taken no consideration for my feelings and my hard earned money...What a shame...Now the floors were great the first week...then they started to deterioaite.SHAME ON YOU MR. SANDLESS!!!!! MAYBE THE CEO WILL SEE THIS AND CONTACT ME...BUT PROBABLY NOT...WORD TO THE WISE...DON'T USE THEM!!!AGAIN I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!
