| (Moringa) and (Bio E Grass) is a total SCAM See UK Sunday times August 14th, the company Insight group Plc, is run by a profesional boiler room team located in Marbella Spain. promoting green products mainly sold by selling on the phone by experienced high pressure sales men earning massive comissions, Stealing money from unfortunate investors who are taken in by these sales men. This is a well packedeged operation, which is not FSA regulated, somtimes boiler rooms disguise this fact by using trustees wha are regulated normall some iffy IFA,, which means absouloutly zero when you loose your Invetment they are off the hook, if you Invest with this you will loose eveything, also avoid Carbon Credits, and most other bio investments as this is where all the Boiler Room scammers focus their attentions on currently. i think it was a complete scam from the start they had no intention of buying land they led the investors to believe they had the land allready in place.
Regarding the gambian project the details found on the website states they have a lease for 200 hectares approx but are those documents for real. Now i ask myself if its true they have the lease agreement in gambia then why the fuck are they not over their farming it or supervising the farmers. Because they to busy setting up other scams with are hard earned money and checking up on scaminformer sites.

I never received my ROI payment, no surprise there and by any means it would be small anyway. I only invested $5k into the Mozambique project
I too was getting a little concerned when it phone calls went unanswered recently and with all the promises.
I live in Australia and invested $10K (invested isn't the right word...donated is more appropriate). This was introduced to me by a reputable brokerage firm in the UK. I never used the FX money transfer as I have foreign currency accounts.
So in order to start legal proceedings here I would encourage all investors to get in touch with me. Being in the country that the main offenders reside in currently will have it's advantage.

This will be my one and only post on this website.
On this site I have read some of the most disturbing threats of violence and retribution levelled at myself and my family. In an effort to protect my two infant children I feel compelled to reveal the following personal information.
Joseph Upchurch left me in February this year. I have not lived with him since this time and have had sporadic contact with him at best. The two companies referred to on this website ceased operations at this time. Go Pepper was not even at the stage where it could have been said to have been operational.
Although initially I tried to maintain some contact with Joseph for the sake of my children, I have since given up. I have no means of contacting Joseph except a mobile number which is permanently off and an old email address that I doubt he is checking. I received a text message from a member of his family last week which stated that Joseph is currently residing in the United Kingdom. While Joseph has not bothered to contact either myself or our children I believe that his father was telling the truth in relation to his whereabouts.
I sincerely hope that Joseph fronts up to all clients and calls an investor meeting in the UK as soon as possible, it is the least that could be done.
I am simply trying move on from Joseph and to make a life for myself and my family. Primarily I want to protect and shield my children and ask that you address your concerns and comments to Joseph Upchurch and leave my children and I alone. I do not want to have any involvement in future communications on public forums and do not intend to read or respond to any subsequent posts on this site.

I too have been well and truly had by Insight GRoup Mozambique scam. I've never had my first year's ROI. I won't go through the whole sorry tale here. (It's probably all to amiliar to everyone anyway). My current ituation is that when I try to ring the South Africa office I get a message saying my number is locked. When I try their accounts office in HongKong I get "leave a message and we'll get back to you". Yeh, right.
I'm interested in the fact that everyone here seems to feel that Upchurch is the main villain. I only heard of him when I got a document asking if I was interested in switching my investment to Gambia because Mozambique had gone down the tubes (though it still features on their website as bweing a huge sell-out success). As ever that document promised a return phone call within two weeks - as ever I'm still waiting.
My main contact was one Ray Pearson. But he seems to have vaporised. I'd be grateful if someone could suggest (politely) what my next move should be. |

| Ray Pearson, does not exist, it was a false name that one of the directors used at Insight Group. His real name is James Rowlatt, he can be found on the insight group blog which is listed on previous pages. They are all crooks and i would suggest if you want contact with them ou should start looking at his current businesses in the UK. |

| Derick De Villiers is a scammer and neck deep in the whole mess. His current position is as "cleaner" and he will advise you wide and far without getting you any results, playing for time and doing little else. Derick and Dr DS Grieve were neck deep together in the DS Grieve financial scam in 2009. These "professionals" care little for anything or anyone and centre on greed. I know I investigated him/them. Your only way forward as investors is to make formal complaints to the SAPS CCU. Its a long hard track, but remember you only have to prove fraud in excess of R1 million to get them 15 years so don't try and account for every cent...One thing is for certain. The money is gone, they have spirited it away. SA is not the fraud capital of the world for nothing. Search for Dr DS Grieve and suggest you band together and name and shame De Villiers too... |

Also - why not make a public statement in the media about your relationship with Grieve - just be wary that you tell the truth - remember lies have a way of finding the surface...This forum deals with scammers all the time - lets wait for the real outcome of Grieve's saga to happen - when last did you speak to him or message him on FB ? - You should - its not going well - and not to plan. Not easy when someone just as big steps in to help the victims is it. ? You're not lily white pal. Your hands were in this mess elbow deep. You know what they say sleep with the dogs and you will get fleas.
You and Grieve - were dealing in the finance business together and he used the material You provided to defraud his investors. You are his Facebook friend, his Facebook chum, - don't make out like you are not. We can publish much to the contrary if needed.
And - I think an apology to Kit Kat is due - your kind of insinuations against Kit Kat are totally misguided. Next time get your aim straight - and if you have problems like that at home - throw a ping pong ball in the bowl and aim for that...it'll keep your floor dry mate...

I just did a search on Dr Ds Grieve. He and his wife are just like another Joe & Renee Upchurch. Makes me sick. Do they know each other? Joe and Renee got married in South Africa. Hmm. I could have slept at night knowing my money went to their lovely SA wedding - but seeing as though she alledges they are not together, I don't even have that to hold on to.
I'm sure she had fun living the high life while it lasted..and now she just gets to walk away with no repercussions.
As for Joe Upchurch - any word on his whereabouts?? Possibly South Africa? |

I`ve only recently become aware that Insight no longer appeared to be trading and feared the worst when emails bounced back and phone lines went dead. What can I do? Is there any chance of getting my money back? Are investors jointly taking legal action? |
