universe express Lies upon lies of the whereabouts of my goods carlstadt, New Jersey

In July of 2011, we had made arrangements to ship our household goods with Universe Express from North Arlington, NJ to Naples, FL. After their truck supposedly had an "accident", our goods were delivered some 15 days later. Unfortuantely, there was bicycles and fishing rods missing, several boxes of kitchen ware missing and the clothes boxes were wet and dirty, as though left outside. Needless to say, our clothes and shoes came with mold and odors. In reporting this to the company, I was told through-out the three months of calls back and forth that "the goods are on their way". I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and twice that I had done so, the company explained that the goods had been finally delivered. Nothing could be further from the truth. Not only were they lying to me, now they were also lying to the BBB agency. To this date, late October, we have yet to receive our missing items and still I am communicating with the BBB in order to come to a resolution. I am so sorry for having chosen Universe Express.
