tires plus kennesaw
tires plus ,don moss selling parts cars dont need, over charging customers, charging for work not done. kennesaw, Georgia
21st of Jan, 2011 by User955684
tires plus is a ripoff. i have worked for them for 5 years and have seen some really bad things.they charge for parts that the cars dont need, and also charge for work that is not done.i have personally performed services on vihicles that were not needed, and also have been told to write up things that the car did not need.they would sell the service and then the work would not even be done.brake rotors are being replaced when they are not needed, brake flushes are being sold and never done, the techs are replaceing parts that cars dont need, alignments are forged you can bump the tire and make the readout look like the car needs an alingment, the customer doesnt know any better then when you sell the alignment you bump the tire the other way.dont trust anything don moss tells you. get a second oppinion.
