Contacted realty company 6-2011 tidwell realty 1921 highland ave greensburg PA
Was looking at serveral homes but waited for the Agent to find me a 3 strory house.
It took serveral weeks for him to call me back I tried couple other companies but Brian called me said I have a few to show you. All were out of my price range as I got an inheritence from my father that passed away in May of 2011. Had $155,000 to deal with Brian insisted on a property costed $99,100 I wagered him down $95,000 seemed nice? Were delays in starting purchase?
He called up and said He can give it to me for less to help me into a nice home $89,000 and needed
money asap. I paid him $200 cash for his accessor to inspect all of the house. (following) roof,water,sewage,electrical, foundation.
I finaly closed sept 2011 on house moved in and found following. Costs are last. 1# Foundation was falling apart someone freshly painted over cement in dark corner.($7100)
2# The house wiring found the 1950's wire in fuse box modern breaker dud. ($3820)
3# The garage in back was shifting/termite infested costed me alot to demo w/ permits ($1040)
4# The serveral windows were nailed shut and glued/Painted over ($3500)
5# Sewage wasn't connected? a pipe buried in the yard out of a hillside 600ft from house ($11,300)
6# The roof has truss damage attic wall was giving and splitting, sealed attic door $10,556.00)
7# The bathroom the toliet was calked onto floor no wax ring or gasket (and his bussiness card
was under the toliet with pack cigeretts. pathedic... ($100)
8# The kitchen sink drain pipe globbed with fiberglass for auto'' where it leaked ($15 )
9# Some of the wood baseboards were glued on no nails? ($50.00)
10#The furnace was hot wired once turned on wouldn't shut off with thermistat ($92)
I had house checked for radon & such (the carbonioxcide Hi) vent to roof was
plugged up with birds nest + the sewage vent caved in fake peice pipe installed?
I called office to complain but no assetment no copy & that I didn't request accssor?
This has hurt our family big time I sunk all my cash into a nightmare. This guy screwed me.
Tidwell said it's the agents responsabity to make the place ready and there sorry but
Brian is an outstanding agent gets them 60% of there profits there not responsable?
Brian Holonaider is a terible human and Tidwell still employs him??? Maybe a scam with lemons.
My family hurts in this bad economic times over this... Scum buckets! |
