I had a terrible experience with this company doing my bathroom, after paying tens thousands of dollars with their labor, they left me with bigger problem, few months after finishing my bathroom, it started leaking. My bathroom was not done immediately as planned so we had so suffer without bathroom for almost 6 weeks. There was one time that electrician was working at 12 am just to fix the wiring. Electrical inspection failed 3 times. My mistake was I was so trusting so we did not even bother to demand to them. I called them many time to fix it, and they just caulk it, this problem went on for more than 2 years now, I called them for permanent solution...I could not reach Giovanni, don't trust that guy, I think he only sub contract his people. Last time I called they said that this company closed, but I doubt it. I complained to BBB, then A1 called me that some will be coming to fix it, they gave me number to call only to find out, that I am talking to a spanish guy who does not speak English. It is so frustrating that after spending $15000 for that small bathroom, they left me this leaking bathroom, I called another company to fix it, they said that they think that my bathroom was poorly done, they did not put liner or pan to prevent it from leaking. This will cost me $2000. And when I told then how much did I spend to my bathroom, he said that he can do my bathroom 1/2 the price. So, please do not even bother to call this company....it's time for all home owners to protect other home owners.... we pay top dollar for our home but if these kind of people are out there, they should be stopped.
