| I had read several online claims regarding the Cellan weight loss product and decided to give it a try. I attempted to order online with a pre paid CC and their website would not allow it. I decided to call them directly. I explained the situation and why I use pre paid CC's as it protects me from reoccuring charges and that I wished to purchase their product and if I liked it I would certainly be back for more but I did not want to have my information recorded and have to deal with cancelling anything. It was made clear to me that they would not accept my money for their product unless they had a CC # that they could bill on a reoccuring basis if I did not cancel. I upset them somewhat when I told them that if indeed they were a reputable company they certainly would not refuse my payment for their product on a straight up purchase. Next I started looking around online and found that there are MANY complaints about what I have just written about. Folks, bottom line here is to use EXTREME CAUTION if you don't want to deal with the BS these companies are floating out there. If it appears too good to be true it likely is!!! |

| I was confused too but then I called customer service and they explained to me how the membership worked. I told them that I misread the terms and could not afford purchasing more monthly bottles even though I was losing weight. The customer service rep offered me a monthly discount so now I can still take my Cellan. Just call them up, they are really helpful! |

| It said what the trial was in big print on the checkout page. If you don’t agree to the terms, don’t buy the product! Did you just want a free sample? Do you go to the car dealership, test drive a car and drive it home and then are mad they made you pay for it? |

This is a total scam.. My friend and I signed up for a kick. The trial bottle you order gives you 16 days to cancel subscription if you are not satisfied. Problem is you don't receive the product before the 16 days. Then your CC is billed full price, 89 and change. I called to complain, was told that they would credit me 1/2 as the product was already shipped. I never recieved the product. I called, was told that I agreed to the credit, sp whether or not the product was received is not their problem. My account was cancelled and they are no longer responsible for lost product.
My friend got great service until he cancelled. Kind of the same BS. Had to pay for product that he never received.
Beware!!!
ps. I used the entire trial bottle and felt no difference... lost no weight... SCAM |
