Three years ago they screwed up my voicemail and text msgs so bad I was loosing customers. and the customer service tech were complete incompetent, deaf, nimwads. Had to drop them because I was loosing business.

But some people said no they've changed! Ya! Like an abusive bad boyfriend.

I went back! Like an idiot!

Barely any reception, wasn"t getting data, (but charged for it) no 3G, no edge, no pic msgs, sporadic txt msgs. Went round and round with customer service. Paid $175 for the MY TOUCH 3G slide. They admitted to network failure and the coverage problem, and no intentions of correcting the problem. Quote, "Now or in the near future". Get this. When I would ask, "Prove to me you have 3G coverage because your tech said it wasn't offered in this area." The ding bats actually said, "Well there's a map showing it". I said "I'll send you a picture of my cat. But that doesn't prove it's my cat or where he's located. He could be anywhere on that stupid map of yours".

Oh!!!! And when I said I, I wanted to record the conversation, they refused to talk to me, but they could record it. And edit it of course, and as they would say when I called, "We don't have any record of that or when you called".

I got fed up and cancelled one day late of the early termination fee $200 bucks. Of course they had been promising to get back to me and resolve the issue. They just waited till the early term date was past.

I work in the medical field. I'd love to act like that. Oh, but wait I,... I have a license and abide by some ethics.

I just want to pay for some service!
