I am highly upset at NationalMoneyStore.com. I have used their service in the past and had no problems until now...I have tried to contact them by phone since November 22...to inquire about applying an additional payment toward the principal..and to see how much my payment would change to. And could not access my account online either. When you call the number it says they are having technical difficulties to contact them by submitting a question thru the contact us button on the website..I have done this several times...the first time or two I did get a response..I did not authorize any additional funds to be taken out of my account I only inquired..So they brought it on themselves to take $1275 out of my account last week causing alot of problems for me and my family....I can not get them to call or email me...I have told them in an email that I am considering my account paid in full since they took funds from me without my permission...I have made arrangements with my bank to not pay them anything else.

I had almost the same problem with this company. I finally got some guy on the phone and was told that they were having technical problems with their system. The guy I talked to was very rude and acted like I was scum. I had a payment set up to pay off my account on 11-28-11 but because I had a problem with my direct deposit, I neded to change the date. I was even ok with paying the additional interest for the few days I needed and this guythreatened to send me to legal. What and unproffesional @ss! Then a few days ago, a collection agency calls me on the account! I paid it to the collection agency as I did owe it but this company is a joke! This @sshole said he was the operation manager. I didn't get his name and never talked to any male there. I always spoke with a lady named Mindy and Laura. They were very proffesional when I spoke to them. I sure hope that when I call again that I can speak to this guys supervisor because if he is the manager there then his employees must make it hard for them to work. If I were an employee there, I would have slapped that guy. He is a complete moron. Guess you can't blame the reps there since he told me they were not working while they were having "technical" problems. This guy needs to get one of his emplyees there to handle things since he is to stupid to operate the company without them!
