THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST ONEROUS AND CONTENTIOUS INDIVIDUAL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE-DENNIS SADORRA. He had a contract with me to rent my property and manage it. After 9 months of waiting and nothing happened, I begged Dennis to be let out of the
contract-I had already paid him $395.00. They did not do avertising for me-I put it on Craigs list myself. They would not put it on multiple listing-because they would have to share the commission!
I had neighbors tell me they had friends 3 times that wanted to rent the place and the leasing agent would not even come to the house to show it. In January they said they had a renter that wanted house April 1st. I called the agent many many times and my calls were not returned. I called the company and they said they did not have a lease to send me. As my contract was nearly up, I sent the 30 day notice to cancel any renewal. Supposedly they signed a lease after my notice.
They would not show me the deposit-which was to be given to me as nonrefundable if the clients did not rent -since I held the house open for 3 months. To date they will not give me or the tentants the money back!! They cancelled their purported lease leaving them without a place at the last minute. They have threatened me repeatedly and refuse to give my house keys and garage door opener back. Please stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doctor Hinchliffe is the true rippoff artist and lier, she came to us in desperate need to find a renter for her property. She demanded that the rental price be $2500 because her mortgage payment was about the same amount. We explained that we would show the property but repeatedly advised the doctor that her rental was only worth $2000 or less because that was what the market reflected. After our listing agents showed the property on numerous occasions, they reported back to the doctor that at each of the showings the clients were repeating that the rental was grossly over priced for a rental in that area. The doctor continued to refuse to lower the price even after months of being told the same report. When she finally agreed to lower the price by a couple hundred dollars, which we still advised against, the reports were still the same from the listing agents, it was still over priced. Our listing agent found tenants who agreed to a lease of $2000 for two years, the doctor agreed to this amount and asked our agent for a copy of the lease agreement. Once the doctor had a copy of the lease she contacted the tenants directly. After contacting the tenants she called our office and stated she was cancelling her management agreement with us. At the same time, the new renters called our office and said they wanted to cancel their lease agreement. Our broker spoke to the doctor and discovered what was very obvious, she was attempting to steal the tenants that we placed in her rental. She was also trying to avoid paying any of the management fees by stating she cancelled her contract before we placed the tenants. She states that we "supposedly signed a lease after her cancellation", it does not take a genious to check the dates of her cancellation letter and the date of the lease and figure that the doctor is changing the facts. The doctor was stubborn to take our advice from the beginning of the contract and in the end, she turned out to be devious and a bottomline crook for trying to break a contract and take the tenants RPM placed for her. The tenants deposit was returned to them not to the Dr. Henchcliffe who was trying to illegally collect it. We will be taking our facts to court to recover what was lost in her breaking a legal contract and all our efforts in trying to help the doctor.

I have such a hard time with a person in our community that has an MD but acts like a petty theif. Our company has a very good reputation locally and nationally, and for Dr. Henchcliff to act like a petty undermining criminal really brings shame on the name of the medical community. I wonder if she really is an MD because her actions prove different. Where did she get her MD, from some low cost night school in a third world country? Tell the truth "doctor" and stop making yourself and the medical community out to look like a bunch of idiots.
