101 Phones Sell refurbished phones that do not work! Brooklyn, New York

I purchased 2 refurbished Panasonic handsets from 101 phones with 30 day initial warranty from the company and bought additional 3 year warranty from a 3rd party through 101phones. After receiving several non-working handsets (they kept replacing the units with non working units), my 30 day warranty ran out with them. I contacted 101phones to discuss the issue and they told me that I could send the units to Panasonic for repair (apparently the next step was a 90 day warranty from Panasonic). I shipped the units to Panasonic and after one month i received a phone call from Panasonic telling me that since the handsets were old, they did not support them anymore and i could upgrade my whole system for a cost which i was not about to do. I called 101phone back to tell them what i had learned from Panasonic and they were not willing to talk to me and they kept referring me to the 3rd party company that handles the 3 year extended warranty. I asked for the name of the owner of 101phones, his phone number and his email address and of course the owner did not want any of that information be provided to the customers. These people are a bunch of crooks and they sell only junk.
