Royalty White Pro Brite Smile ROYALTY WHITE / PRO BRITE SMILES ~ STEALS MONEY!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!!! Internet |

I saw a pop up advertising Pro Brite Smiles/ Royalty White product to use back to back for ONLY $1.99 each (for shipping and handling). I looked around for the small print and didn't see it. I thought, "I guess you order this and if you want more, you pay the regular price," (which was not listed). I went for it and gave them my debit card info and my address. They sent it out and to be honest, it didn't even work. I thought, "No big deal, I spent $4, I won't order again." Much to my dismay, when I checked my account Sunday night, there were two charges, one for $99 and one for $78 from Royalty White and Pro Brite Smiles. I'm still reeling from the shock of it! Please, please do not order from these people. No matter what I say to them, they will not reverse the charge. I now have reported fraud on my account and my bank is investigating. I will also file a complaint with the FTC. There need to be better laws to keep predators like these off the Internet. Thanks for reading this. Sarah Chandler, AZ

Sarah,
Duped online again!! I unfortunately experienced the same. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau in their home State of NJ but the BBB answers that the company will not accept their mail. Strangely, the customer service people are friendly and helpful until you ask for a refund.

I was taken too. What an expensive mistake. I wish I saw these comments before I ordered. Does reporting these companies really do anything? |

Barbara, I'm a lady on disability so my money is very important to me. I was hoping to have a brighter smile but the product didn't do any good for me. I was suppose to have 14 days free trial. But they don't tell you that includes your wait time to receive it . It was like 13 days when I called to cancel.. Young girl said it coudln't be done It was beyond the trial period. The longer we spoke the softer her voice became. She didn't sound as if she knew to much or what else to say. I called few days later and got the expert Customer Service Lady who really put the brakes on. She didn't mind raising her voice to me and refused to give me a refund.. .Their website should be taken off the internet. The BBB in Jersey said Probritesmile would not respond to them and I would have to pursue it myself and gave me the number and address to Somerset County Consumer Protection, 20 Grove Street, PO Box 3000, Somerville, NJ 08876, phone # 908-203-6080 . My bank has been really helpful to me in this situation and gave me the credit back into my account. |
