I too have been ripped off and taken advantage of by this guy! Richard Goddeau is a scam artist and scam artist living in Athens, NY. He will probably move eventually, as law enforcement catches up with him, but my private investigator tells me that he is living in some kind of assisted public housing and he is probably socking away his cash that he is taking from all of us offshore. I have heard that he usings companies like http://www.companiesinc.com . Richard Goddeau has a known affiliation with scam artists such as Kevin Wessell and Companies Incorporated. There are people there by the name of Matt Mitchell, Paul Hessey, Jeff Ray, and many others. They work closely with GSCSC Inc and Richard may be using their services to scam people. Richard may also be working with these guys to move money offshore after he takes it from innocent people. Don't use these people, they will probably just take your hard earned money. http://www.1800company.com/ is another site that Richard has been affiliated with. I suspect they might be helping him move money offshore, as it seems they have been investigated, and they are all owed or somehow controlled by the same guy a Mr. Kevin Wessell. He has had prior lawsuits against him as well. Everyone should do their own due diligence and see how these characters are all working together.
I have had my money and time taken by this Richard Goddeau guy. DON'T take any chances with YOUR money. Richard Goddeau will try take your money - look at his website, he will do anything for a buck. Looking through all the online postings by him and you will see what his true character is. My recommendation is don't take chances, don't spend a dime of your money with him. It looks like a lot of people now regret working with him, myself among them.

Long story short, I want to avoid scam artists like these guys. Richard Goddeau is working or has worked with Companies Incorporated, 1800Company.com, Kevin Wessell, Matt Mitchell, Paul Hessey, Jeff Ray and others. He has taken people's money. He has a bad reputation according to these online message boards. Use your instincts and stay away. I have learned my lesson, and I hope others do not have to share my fate of losing money to this Richard Goddeau character.

| This is complete hogwash! How does he have functioning CC processor on his site, and not being investigated? If this was true which its not, they would suspend his online transaction ability in a heart beat while investigating. I do not work for Richard nor do i plan on it. But you say he is going to "take off" .. lol take off? He is 100% blind! He has help measuring his nicotine and has money to buy anything he wants. I personally seen dozens of new Provari's... Also he list his home address and his telephone number as well! If he was into ripping people off he would have that stuff hidden. I can see that someone is jealous because they cannot do what he is doing and that is giving back to the community. He has the best nicotine and products available and he is a nice man. I have spoken with him for dozens of times. Why would Tek and bart on Vapeatron forum praise him and brag about getting two Provari's each, make youtube videos about them . Then take them off and talk trash? I totally do not get why people cannot just let him be? Is it jealously because you cannot afford to give away Gold Provari's and Darwins? Everyone that is bashing this man is unholy at best and worthless individuals.. He does not just guesstimate his Nicotine he has special tools that are like click pens like used for insulin that measures exact amounts out. Also you do not think he has helpers? You think he writes the cursive flavor name on the bottles perfectly while blind? Check over inventory to make sure they are good quality just with his fingers? NO he has helpers and caregivers to help him... He does not ask for ANY CC information for registering and he just wants to give back to the community and gain customers.. If you could give away Provari's would you? YES you would but since you cannot you bash someone who can? If I won the lottery I would be doing the same thing giving them out left and right, would you call me a scammer??probably which is sad. Someone tries to help out the community and they get railroaded because why? If you don't want to order form him don't but do not go spreading rumors.. If he ripped off ANYONE he would have charge backs and be shut down by his processor .. BUT GUESS WHAT?? NOT one charge back or complaint of service through his bank pr processor and believe me if he ripped off as many people as your saying then his bank and CC processor would have shut him down by now to investigate at the least... You all afraid he will surpass you in sales is that it? If oyu can show SOLID PROOF other than a man made FACEBOOK page where ANYONE can say ANYTHING please post it and prove yourself! | I'm a recent victim & you are either that same woman on YOU TUBE OR is this Jacqueline Goddeau? You will see his day is coming SOON! I'm not one to give up & if he is such a great business man then why does he have a "C" rating with BBB. IN ADDITION you Don't get these many complaints from being a goodie two shoes! Just Run his name on Bing Or ANY Search engine & see how many Complaints he has. Hes mad at the World & thinks he can continue to hide behind his Disability so people WILL THINK "How could a Blind Person do all of this?" He stays up till the Wee hours looking for his Next Victim. I won't go into how I'm aware of all of this because he Constantly searches the Internet for the latest complaints to try & stay ahead of his Games. It is going to be my personal venture to MAKE SURE he doesn't continue to hurt others. |
