Q Toner Company Shipped Wrong Product & Refused Me A Refund Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

QToner solicited me by internet and email to order toner products from their company. I ordered a maximum capacity toner cartridge for my Brother 2170W( brand new printer). QToner shipped me a printer carriage for my brand new printer instead of toner.?!
It was shipped from a California warehouse for this Florida company. I tried numerous times to email and call QToner, but they avoided me and did not
return my inquiries to get the order right or refund my money ($55.21 +$12.00=$67.21) The return phone number on the shipping label was bogus(222)222-2222. Using the address on the return shipping label, I shipped the product (a printer carriage)
back to the company at my own expense( $12.00?) to their "Carriage Distribution Office
in Santee, California. I ordered "high capacity toner" and not a printer carriage. My repeated attempts to reach QToner for a refund of my $67.21 have been ignored
from their Florida offices. I request that they send me a refund check and call me or email me to make arrangements
to refund my money ASAP. Thank you!
