I have been to this spa and have had horrible experiences and medical expenses to treat the complications from the procedures. I had paid Almost $2000. for filler and Botox. The 1st time i had the Botox it didn't work then the 2 time it worked a little. I have had Botox many times and didn't run into all these problems. I paid to have a filler put in called Teosyal Ultra Deep, the next day i had bruising under my eyes and lumps. I went back and they looked at it and said it would go away after a little time. Over the next week it got worse and worse the lumps where large and weighing down on my sinuses where the pain became unbearable. I call them time and time again before they started to get worried and knew there was a serious problem. I was out of town and the told me to see a dermatologist to get an injection to remove this product. After all that i still have some product in my face and 5 months later they didn't give me any money back but suggested i try another procedure and assured me that i was a good candidate for Pro fractional laser. I have had Pro factional done before with no complications. I agreed thinking that maybe this would help. I had it done and less then 24 hours i had a skin infection all over my face with pain and fever. I called the next day and told them i was experiencing white puss pimples all over my face and they tried to tell me this is normal. I rested that day feeling sicker by the evening and having this infection spread all over my face. In the morning i rushed to see a doctor and was immediately put on heavy dose antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. Dr also said that i could get permeant scarring from this. :( I have contacted Premier Med Spa again and they are trying to blame me for this. WHAT! If i don't get my money back and reimbursed for my medical expenses, i will be seeing a lawyer. I have been to both St. Catharines and Burlington locations. Please think before attending these spas, for they are not doctors!
