| Premier Electronics This Business is Horrible... PERIOD! Galion, Ohio |

| This "company" is ridiculous. They don't really even deserve the title given their pathetic business practices. I dealt with Premier because our TV is under warranty with a real company that unfortunately outsources their warranty services. The first time Premier arrvied to fix our TV, they claimed to have been shipped the incorrect part. So, they come back 2 weeks later (arrive at 8:30 PM) and have the wrong part AGAIN! This time the service man takes the TV to the shop. Two weeks later my wife and I call them and they say it is on rotation for 24-48hrs. to make sure it is running correctly. Two MORE weeks pass and they say IT IS STILL ON ROTATION, because "it wasn't working correctly and had to continue to try to fix it." At this point I'm furious as they have drained all patience I have for such inefficient business practices. I call them and complain, ending the coversation by saying "Let's get this thing done." Not two days later, the company that we bought the TV from calls us to tell us that they called the company asking why our TV was not done yet. I mean how bad do you have to be for the contractor company to complain to you? After all this B.S., not 2 hrs. after the contractor company called us, here comes Premier on the phone to let us know our TV is fixed, interesting timing to say the least. Finally, they bring it to us tonight. I see this toolbag repairman pass our house on three separate occasions. He never called and if I wouldn't have called him to tell him I saw him I'm pretty sure he was going to simply leave. So he comes back, literally buries one of his tires in the ditch while pulling into the driveway and somehow hits the gas and makes it out. When he gets out and opens the door I see my TV is NOT strapped in in any way!! So he ditches the van and I'm sure my TV is bouncing all over the place!! Once we get inside I see and smell why he ditched the van. This kid was HIGH as a kite!!! He smelled like weed from here to next spring. When he leaves I'm hooking things up and the weed smell is so strong I can smell it coming out of the fan of my TV!! I couldn't make this up. I have dealt with some real crappy businesses in my day, but this turd of an operation takes the cake. Also, I will be strongly recommending to the contractor company that they drop Premier so others don't have to experience the same. Premier Electronics, congratulations on proving that you can't even handle the most simple principles of decent business practice. |

| Premier Electronics of Galion, Ohio ripped us off too - through an extra warranty we bought at Walmart called the N.E.W. from a Virginia-based Warrranty Company. N.E.W. the warranty providers said they were looking into the many problems and complains they'd received about Premier Electronics, as well as their problems with the State Attorney General's Office and the BBB. My question is this... Why is Walmart & N.E.W. continuing to work with Premier?? (If it's contract issues - I'm sure they'd have no problems getting out of it - Premier's a rip-off!) Unfortunately, its my guess - that its to N.E.W.'s advantage to pay only a flat (little) fee, or wharever to Premier instead of actual service costs or replacement fees! Walmart-wise, I think they're either "blinded" by the real reality of it all or they own N.E.W.! In otherwords, something is really "dirty-in-demark" (so to speak), wouldn't you agree?? If you have a complain about Premier Electronics, don't waste your time... Send it to the State Attorney General's Office and no one else! They are the only one that will help you and you can do it over the phone! Also... Angie's List wanted me to become a paid member "before" listing what I've posted here about Premier Electronics & N.E.W... Seems they're just interested in making a buck! Anyway... Good luck!! |
