| PC Express USA, www.pcexpressussa.com, 18006910591 knocked on my door at 6:20 a.m. to deliver a package. I had my family in the house and it scared us that a man would be at the front door that early that we did not know. I almost called the police because he knocked four times before he left. The hours of delivery should be between 8am - 9 pm please call this company and have them stop this behavior is terrifying, terrorizing, and unprofessional. An ORANGE slip was left at the door with a lion insigma "we have a delivery for you" Also found this blog on-line:What is PC Express USA? Did you get a yellow notice saying they are trying to deliver a package to you? Did you call the 800 number? Well PC Express USA is just a front for Professional Civil Process www.pcpusa.net. I found the name when I did a whois on the domain name. They are attempting to deliver a supoena to you. I have no problem with people serving supoenas, but this is a total fraud. The website for PC Express USA says they are the 7th largest delivery company in Texas and compares themselves to USPS, UPS and FedEx. There is very little information about this company "PC Express USA" on the internet. Just a few questions on Yahoo Answers that have been closed. Here is one answer I did find. "PC Express USA is a firm that is in the business of impersonating legal process servers. They are hired by disreputable collectors who are attempting to harass consumers into thinking they have a binding judgement, but they are not working through legal channels nor through the courts. The collection firms that hire PC Express USA operate under the names of shady attorneys who no longer practice "above board" law and are solely in practice to collect bad debts which they buy at a discount. If a legitimate firm intends to serve you, they go through the legal channels and a representative from a local authority such as the sheriff's office will serve you. Avoid the PC Express USA company and delivery persons if at all possible. If you can't avoid them, make them sign a letter with their full name, address and contact information before you accept any papers or sign any forms. Make note of everything about their visit including the day, time of day, whether their vehicle and uniform were clearly marked, whether they presented a photo ID or state-issued badge, and whether they beat on your door or looked in your windows in addition to ringing the bell. There are laws concerning when a collector or process server can come to your home and what methods they can use to attempt to serve you. If you are unfortunate enough to come in contact with PC Express USA, by the time they get through with you, you will probably have grounds to sue them in addition to the abusive firm they work for."
