I received a loan from this company March 2011 and I was making the payments on time until May 2011 when my home was destroyed in the Tornado in the south and I was not able to make the payment at that time. My supervisor started to receive calls from this company threating me about not making the payments and my supervisor told me that I needed to call them b/c it was very disruptive to her work as well as mine. I s/w Sharon whom is the agent there and she basically told me they could not stop the calls until they receive partial payment. In June of 2011, Sharon called me and stated they will give me an option to make two payments of $182.00 which is all that was due, I gave her my cc number and she told me that she was not allowed to draft until i sent her a fax giving authorization to do so. Well I faxed the letter and wrote the dates to draft from my account which were 6/24 and 7/22. Also stated if they had any questions to call me or email me. The first payment was taken out on 6/24 but the second payment was taken out 7/10; which is not the date on the letter I sent. I called the company and s/w Sharon she stated that she had nothing to do with it and fwd me to her supervisor Tim and I had to lvm. I sent a fax to a supervisor explaining the situation and that I wanted my money back plus any fees i would incur due to this incident. I received a call from Sharon that same day and she verbally abused me which forced me to hang up and then she called again and proceded to speak to me unprofessionally and loudly. I then sent an email explaining how Sharon acted towards me and that I wanted to lodge a formal complaint. I received no response. So I filed a complaint with the BBB. I received a call from Tim 800-654-7444 ext 855 and he verbally abused me and told me that I was wrong for not making my payment in May and he didnt care that I didnt have a home. And stated if the funds werent available in my account we would not be having this conversation. I asked to s/w his supervisor and he stated that he was the owner of the company and I would have to deal with it. They are completely unprofessional and should not be in business....
