The tech lied to me and American Home Shield

My Air went out. I placed a servive call to American Home Shield. AHS sent Shane from Oxford Heating and air. Shane checked the Air conditioner outside and said it seemed frozen I told him it could not be because the unit was turned off on Friday and this was Monday. Shane then checked the furnace and said the problem was a motor blower fan. He wrote the numbers from the furnace and told me he was going to the truck and place the order. He also told me the part should be back in 3-5 days. After days , I called shane several times, no answer. When I called AHS today I was told an order was never placed. I was told the order was not placed because Shane's report said that my unit was corroded and had bugs in it. He also sent false pictures of someone's unit not mine. I say not mine because Bi City had just serviced my unit 3 weeks before. Bi city said on their invoice that the coil was cleaned, the temp was good the feron was good and the unit was in great shape- No mention of bugs.Oxford Heating and air is a lying ripoff . I also found out today that another customer, here in Columbus Georgia, was told the same lie to AHS about bugs in her unit.Of couse, when bugs and corrosion are written, AHS does not fix the problem.
