The other reviewers are very accurate in detailing what happened to me, and you if you choose to order from them. If he has an inventory problem, he won't tell you. You'll get an email saying they'll ship within a day, then weeks go by with no other information, or shipment. If you write to him to find out what's going on, you probably won't get a response. If you are lucky enough for this scammer to take the time to actually type out an email, it won't be pleasant. Frankly, he's an a**hole who doesn't care in the least about his clients. That's why even now you can still order Jumbo, large, medium, etc.,, even though he hasn't had them in stock for 7-10 months. He'll ADVERTISE and say he has them up until you pay him --- then... well good luck. He may ship what he calls the 'equivalent', or he may ship you nothing at all. If that happens to make you frustrated, he definitely won't respond to any of your email. He needs to be shut down. Or, he should realize he has no idea how to run a business and walk away. He likes our money though, so he won't. He will continue to charge and not ship until enough of us stand against him to stop him. If you've been a victim of this fraudster, make sure to contact your bank and reverse the charges-- they call it a chargeback. It'll take a while for the bank to process it, but you will get your money back. Then contact Jackson's bar and let them know to expect a chargeback. Then contact his Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Lastly, since he's using Jackson's Bar merchant account to commit Mail Fraud, file a complaint with the State Liquor Board. If you want to go to the next level, file an Inter-State Mail Fraud complaint with the FBI. Lastly, help others to not fall victim to these scams by posting your experience here, other forums, Facebook, Myspace, etc. so they don't blindly give this guy cash. Of course, shutting him down is the best way to protect the innocent. He will continue the lie that he had a few inventory issues in the past, but now everything is rosey. And some will believe him. My concern with this fella isn't that his business was so good that he ran out of inventory. Its that he ships order VERY Short, or doesn't ship at all, and won't answer emails. If he had simply written and explained what his status was, the FBI wouldn't have my complaint.
