| 1. They sold my personal information; My Bank Account info (unauthorized debits form diff companies) and My phone number (got 30 soliciting text a day and at least 5 calls). A year later I still get probably 5 txt a week. 2. They call every day. At night, in the morning you name it. 3. If your not going to pay the full balance at ONE time ur going to get fucked. Dont go with the '"Yes, ill pay 90 a month" because they're just tacking that on to what you already owe. So the principle balance nevr goes down and your paying 90 a month for a year while you still owe the full borrowed amount/ aka ur fucked. Dont go broke paying the scam artist. 4. My bank told me they've scammed other customers before and they reimbursed the fraud on my account. Close that account and get a new one that they can't put their hands in. I borrowed $300 and then they sold all of my information so as far as I'm concerned they got their money back... There were unauthorized debits out of my checking account that wasn't even from one click cash! I borrowed back in July of 2010. Its May 2011 they still call my cell phone..I don't answer. I've saved their number. They haven't reported anything to a credit bureau so whavever. Today they called my office phone..which I did not provide them with so they've been doing some hunting...saying that I owed them over $500. Bull Sh*t. I'm not paying them a damn thing. In fact I loged on and changed my phone number to a fast food restruant LMAO!!!! (y not have fun with it?!) lol so ya. Until I c anything on my credit...which there hasn't been in almost a year...Im not giving them a dime. And when and if that happens its best to pay them off in full because thats how they get you. If you google 'one click cash scam' you will see that when you do start paying them they start taking advantage of you. For example one person I saw had borrowed 200 and paid 90/ month and thought they were paying off their balance. NOT. They just apply that to intrest or finance charges or whatever. So in the end you are just GIVING them 90/ month. Its foolish. Dont get traped. With this person they never acutally applied that payment to the principle borrowed amount so they just kept paying until they paid over $1700 for frekin $200. There are many more stories like this. I skimmed over hundereds actually in just one forum. Mines not going to be one of them...and hopefully urs wont either :-) I canceled that account and until they put something on my credit (which Ive learned wont happen because in most states they'er breaking laws...google that too..) I say F*CKEM. They can keep callin...the taco store LOL!!! See below they say "a decision will be made on your account" and "to avoid any consequences". They pretty much tell you there that it wont go on your credit because they would say take care of this or we're reporting it to a collection agency..i would think anyways..also please not that they're BBB rating is an F yes a big fat F. Should you have any questions concerning this account please feel free to contact us TOLL FREE at 1-800-410-9419.Thanks for being our customer" They've emailed me 8 of the above......To an email address that I only use for junk mail, solicitation, and for buying stuff online because they send crazy offers like crazy once they have ur email address but No serios stuff goes here so doesnt make me a difference...I never read them On their website its says my loan status is in 'collections'. With any other company in the world that would mean they turned it over to a collection agency. With that said and seeing as tho they havent done that..im not payin nuthin.
