SCAMMER, DON'T TRUST Attorney Norman R. Robiner and his secretary paralegal Nadine Koppin they just want your HARD EARNED MONEY! Then they RAILROADED my kids and I in my divorce. Norman told me to let my ex husband walk after taKing my money over a period of 12 years and Norman did let him walk he and Nadine Koppin assisted by ALTERING COURT DOCUMENTS that hurt the kids and I which helped my ex husband walk. WORST ATTORNEY AWARD ON PLANET EARTH GOES TO NORMAN R. ROBINER What they did to my divorce procedures as I found out nearly 10 years later after damages were done Hollywood could make a movie out of it. As I'm still finding more things out. I DON'T BELIEVE I'M THEIR ONLY SCAM VICTIM. DO YOU THINK YOUR A VICTIM TOO? I'd like to hear your complaint. They GOT bad criminal minded intentions they DID NOT get my kids and I any justice. Years of lies and betrayal from Norman. They work in MICHIGAN. Currently working in the Greater Detroit Area. Neither deserve any sort of license to do business THEY DESTROYED MY DIVORCE procedures here in Michigan and my FAMILY livelihood and we're still dealing with the aftermath of over $500,000.00 in damages. They turned my life into hell, throwing justice under the bus all because MONEY came first, priority in the courts over my divorce procedures was, A STUPID FURNITURE CLAIM.$30,000.00 settlement. Here's what I found out 10 years later what Norman robiner and Nadine koppin did: 1) On May 20, 2000 Norman eagerly awaited for my DIVORCE date of dismissal. 2) On May 20, 2000 He filed the MONEY CLAIM ON THE FURNITURE (getting a $30,000.00 settlement. This was done in the same court house I had pending divorce procedures. 3) He NEVER told me the furniture claim was MARITAL PROPERTY and with a pending divorce this issue MUST be brought before divorce court. NORMAN KEPT THIS SECRET BECAUSE IT IS WHY HE SENT ME OUT OF STATE he lied in the furniture claim court documents when asked in the furniture claim court documents; Do the party in the above claim have any pending or previously filed cases within the dosmestic relations? NORMAN LIED AND ANSWERED "NO" and he then signs his name at the bottom. I felt I had died when I discovered this when I requested pass court documents from the inital two cases. 4) I was taking equitable distribution papers to Norman showing him the bills I paid off that were joint marital bills. NOT KNOWING my divorce was DISMISSED OVER A YEAR. Yet he went and completed the furniture claim. He could have completed my divorce too but now he had secrets to keep and hide, cover up his lies and betrayal. 5) He never told me he was planning on letting my divorce be DISMISSED after getting my ex husband served from court documents. He was lying to me saying HE COULD NOT LOCATE MY EX and yet he had served him but now with 1/3 of $30,000.00 Norman was to get. He did not want the furniture to be divided in a divorce procedure slicing up his money. It was two cases Id given GREEDY NORMAN ROBINER in 1998 a furniture claim for damage done to my furniture when I relocated back to Michigan. The second case was my divorce which I filed and rushed over to Norman to "complete". At one point I thought I was divorced Norman never told me I wasn't and I had signed my name to move the divorce forward. I valued my divorce case and for 12 yours too long I stayed with Norman Robiner I knew I was having multiple problems with my legal divorce procedures but I never ever thought in a million plus years it was Norman Robiner and Nadine Koppin RAILROADING my family and at end out of 18 years of marriage with two kids I and the kids get NOTHING not even child support while under Norman Robiner he sabotaged my divorce procedures by showing PREJUDICE within the scope. 6) In 2004 my ex had filed for divorce out of state NORMAN lies and tells me to give him $500.00 and he'd over sea the case from Michigan and I would be treated as if I were still in Michigan and he would contact me a lawyer out of state I was to come through him as my point of contact regarding legal divorce matters. I have several disabilities very serious mental health and physical
Norman knew I needed local help due to my disabilities he used this against me and played mind games of 12 years. 7) Nadine Koppin is Normans clerk/paralegal she and I never sat nor discussed my divorce procedures yet I was curious who this notary named N. KOPPIN was that name was in my EX HUSBAND DIVORCE FILE she signed her name on this document as if I agreed to a divorce that said from my ex divorce I AND THE KIDS GET NOTHING! I died again another blow they hit us hard with when I discovered this. THIS IS WERE FRAUD comes into play and PREJUDICE against me for being disabled (unable to comprehend) this is why they were able to get over on me. I wrote on top of my ex husband divorce papers for changes to be made come to find out NORMAN NEVER SENT THIS TO HIS REFERRAL. 8) IN 2004 before the divorce became final Norman MAKES ANOTHER MAJOR LEGAL MALPRACTICE he sends me a letter for me to go out of state for divorce. He acknowledges by writing NO CHILD SUPPORT WILL BE ADDRESSED all prior to the divorce being finalized. WHY SEND ME TO A STATE THAT DOES NOT FAIR WELL for the kids. A state come to find out who laws are not like here in Michigan but very much opposite. I got hit hard when I went out of state not having any clue as to any legal knowledge of betrayal and cover ups that were in shred to a cover up all because of a furniture claim. 9) In 2007 the equidualble distribution I attended to see whats going on was I ever in for the shock of my life. It was so bad I thought I had walked in on my own funeral the only thing missing was the coffin. I asked Norman referral about the changes that were suppose to be made to the divorce he come to find out tried contacting Norman but Norman claims to have NEVER TALK WITH HIM about changes being made he'd had promised me that were discussed. 10) As I thought I had the dream team of attorneys helping me come to find out I didn't have any lawyer representing me when the ex divorce became final. YES NO ONE WAS THERE! My ex put in for his "absolute divorce" and he got it. When I first got these divorce papers I rushed them over to Norman he was telling me THIS IS HOW A DIVORCE IS SUPPOSE TO LOOK! Another malpractice Norman did. The papers where I requested change was in Normans divorce file I see this in Normans file nearly 5 years following my ex divorce became final. Question: How did Nadine Koppin notary signature end up in the heart of my ex husband out of state divorce I never sent that document out of state then who did? I also have a MAJOR PROBLEM with what appears to be my signature okaying a divorce I was against this is the same document Nadine Koppin signs. 11) In 2007 immediately after I fired Normans referral. Norman tells me for $3,000.00 he'd do the work himself by correcting what his referral didn't accomplish. The equitable distribution and enter child support orders with the FRIEND OF THE COURT that was a lie too Norman continued to tell me. 12) Id give Norman up dates about my ex location I lost count how many times I cried pleaded begged Norman to help me and the kids his responce was OKAY! OKAY as if he's writing the information down. 13) 2009 Nearly 2 years have passed since I paid Norman $3,000.00 my kids are 17 and 18 years old now and no child support order let alone not one paper drafted for me to review I got no legal advice with my so called attorney all I continued to get was EXCUSES, BROKEN PROMISES, BETRAYAL. 14) As all this was going on Norman he knew he wasn't going to ever help me (IN TRUTH IT WAS OVER FOR MY DIVORCE IN MICHIGAN WHEN HE LET MY DIVORCE BE DISMISSED, AND WENT FOR THE $30,000.00 furniture claim) he knew this before taking my $3,000.00 Nadine Koppin she knew what she signed her name to was illeagal I can't control anything if major secrets and the law is being kept from me they both knew this and used it to their advantage to rob not only me but my kids out of a better way of living it was I who originally filed first for divorce in Michigan and to have that right to a fair trail snacthed stepped on as if our lives were not important. 15) Norman Robiner is a monster of evil and destruction, Nadine Koppin is a yes person to what ever Norman tells her to do she wants to protect Nadine job and she also abuses her powers the State of Michigan has given. I seen a case later that Norman had that he used a bogus notary in order to win a case and he got caught and fined by the court. This was a $460,000.00 case. 16) I have filed BANKRUPTCY, got help from food banks, pawned $6,000.00 of my jewelry for getting up enough money to give Norman, my son medical braces where on my son for 8 years, it broiled down to do we eat or do I pay for braces. My son braces are off now and he has pretty teeth. No child should have to be caught in adult games no disabled or not person should have to endure hell because I had a lawyer thats a CROOK, LIER, BACK STABBER. 17) Norman later DENIED EVERY THING he and I had discussed regarding him helping me. 18) Norman told me to let my ex husband WALK claiming he didn't like how they did things within their legal system out of state. My ex husband did too many things to let him walk he's partcially the reason why I'm disabled years of abuse he'd beat me sit on me pinning my arms down as he'd beat and beat my head (my loss of memory, comprehension). 18) When Norman seen I began asking questions as oppose to before when Id just take his word. He wouldn't answer my many questions How did my Michigan divorce be dismissed and why? Are you going to help us? Norman later told me NO! and to let him walk! 19) Waiting on and believing Norman was going to help me I find out my out of state EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION CLAIM got dismissed in 2008 a year following me paying him. He sat and sent me in circles 2 years before he told me he wasn't going to help me. 20) BEWARE of dealing with him if I could have had enough since Id never dealt with him he's ruined my life. I can never take back the hurt and pain suffering he has caused my kids and me we're still reaping the after shocks of Norman R. Robiner after math. 21) He misrepresented me through out each case Id given him then he hides behind a 7 page contract he knew I was unable to read. He never had contracts early on only in 2007. 22) I am exposing my short comings in hopes of helping any one else. I assure you my ride of getting justice out of state is 50/50 I don't have money on hand and because of the time that has passed I am being told I'll need $700.00 or pay $300.00 an hour for attorney consultation fees. And if the attorney may take my case it will cost any where from $5,000.00 starter fee going into $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 I am so pissed but I am looking at my future. I will be meeting out of state attorneys in 2013 and yes Norman name will be at the start and end of my case complaint. 23) If any attorney wants to use their time and money to sue Norman Robiner and Nadine Koppin feel free I just want justice and a 1/3 what ever you can get out of the slim scammers.
