It all starts as an advertisement ether in craiglist or other sites that lets people know someone is hiring. As for the National Scurity T&P, it's not what they do. They are trainers 100% overpriced, people who teaches, is terrible and so is the class. First you call them for a job they posted somewhere on the internet. Common name are Washington, Biggins, Nerman. They are the professionals, they'll tell you anything to hear to come. They will not tell you the truth by phone except telling you to bring THE MONEY of $80 dollars NONE REFUNDABLE to you.
If your a moron and went for the interview. Dont expect for a real interview, because its not. It's all about their trainings leading you to pay a big sum of money beside the $80. THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY but A FIRM/TRAINNERs. IF you going to expect a job after that interview, ITs not a job at all. They Send you out to hunt 1 job at a time meaning you go to a different company which I have done so far.
After sending you out to some couple of other Security companies(Its like you paid someone to tell you what company out there so you can go apply to them)
To Make this short. Dont sign any contract from them if you to keep your money, thats how they get you if you do.
THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY THAT HIRES, THEY SEND YOU TO THE OTHER COMPANY THAT MAY HIRE.

It's extremely important to read any contract you're going to sign. You're not sent out to "hunt" for a job, but instead, you are placed in a quality workplace for security. The training is appropriate, and any legitimate security guard job in the state of New York requires you to train prior to gaining the job. |
