This letter is in response to Camden’s Amber Oaks apartments allegations about charges and fees that are being held against my wife Giselle Weninger, and myself Ciro Saravia. First, the forms they are presenting as evidence that support their claims, may be real, but, neither my wife or I, have signed, or even initialized these showing that we are agreeing in the terms they are claiming. Second, We have noticed that in the forms which are being presented and claiming funds and charges, our names have been written with a typewriter, or have been printed with a computer, these are were not created with our own handwriting, or were they initialized by us with a pen or a writing tool. Third, they are also claiming a concession promotion of $500.00. which want refunded because of our early termination of the lease/contract being disputed. It is necessary to have them review their accounts, as on 07/09/2013, we paid a $300.00 deposit, and on the day we moved in(07/14/2013), we paid an additional $257.xx – as a move in amount to cover the prorated amount of $1261.00. as the total agreed monthly rent. We are not sure why they are trying to scam or unlawfully collect from us. None of their claims are valid as we did not approve, sign, or even put down our initials on the claims they are presenting to us, yet, they are trying to obtain payments from us which are not truthful or valid as, with any contract or lease, there is tow sides and both must agree on terms and sign for it to become a legal binding document. I have attempted to solve this matter with the Central Texas BBB, and our results have been negative because they are taking sides with the client - Camden Amber Oaks, by not honoring our reasons for rejecting their allegations mentioned above.
