I bought a Cairn Terrier Puppy from Nick Estatio , Nick gave his name as Nick Statio. He gave his address as 90 K Ave. He walked out of the house on 146 Lou Ave, where I met him and paid for the pup. I answered an ad he placed in Newsday on 10/23/2009.

When I called him about the pup, he said his aunt in Pennsylvania bred Cairn terriers & he was doing her a favor by selling the last few of the litter at his home in NY.

My two little girls 9 and 6 years came with me to buy the pup. I did not want to support a puppy mill pet store. Nick emailed a picture of the pup & said the parents were there so I can see them. I waited a half hour to see the parents & Nick said they were on a walk with his dad. So I paid him in cash and left with two very happy little girls.

Nick Estatio is a puppy mill puppy dealer and works out of his house with Louise Hummer Estatio his mother & Harvey Estatio his father and a Daniel Estatio. There is an Irene B Estatio 275 North Ave #8 Washington PA 15301-3570.

I Just brought our new Puppy named Darla to the vet 20 hours after I bought the pup from nick.. She is only 8 weeks old, and has not eaten a thing. The vet was keeping her for tests.

I just came back from the vets office without the Cairn Terrier puppy that I purchased from you yesterday at six PM.

She is extremely sick and may die. I am including all the records from the vet’s office to show you.

I would like a refund of $350.00 for the purchase of the dog to be put toward the vet bills of $1300.00 Dollars.

If the dog makes it or not, I still will owe the vet bills.

The vet just called. The puppy has Ear mites, Tape worms that have distended her tiny stomach to 3 times the size, Intestinal blockage, white count is sky high and she cannot lift her head off the floor. The dog had not eaten in 3 days.

Listen, Just for the record iam going to be saving all your emails for proff of Threat, Harassment, and the Threat to slander my name, and Harass my neighbors. Second of all the law states i have the right to have my vet examine the puppy before any purchase price of the puppy is refunded. If you would like a refund iam more then willing to give that to you, Upon you returning the puppy. Otherwise like the law states in order for you to keep the puppy, with a full refund, The puppy will need to be examined and deemed unfit for sale buy a Licensed veterinarian of my choice.

As of 2 hours ago, the vet at Baldwin animal hospital said he would suggest if there is no improvement by tomorrow I should put her down or I can do 2 more tests, one being an abdominal exploratory surgery cost being $1100.00 dollars.

I will call the Baldwin Animal Hospital and give them your name and permission for them to release the puppy to you immediately at 9AM tomorrow morning. Pick her up as soon as you can get there tomorrow 10/29/2009.

I spoke with your vet, who was unable to give me any diagnoises, I dont understand how they recomend putting her to sleep without knowing the cause of her illness, For all i know she could have ate something or got into chemicals the night prior. She was Healthy and Happy when she left. For the puppys sake i will take the vets word she is ill, Instead of moving her around going back and forth to my vet in northport, I will not refund anything over $350.00. The vet called me this morning. The puppy still has not eaten. Was there anything that the dog ate that he can look for. He has ruled out all other illness except chemical. If he knew what she could of ingested the vet could possibly help. I need the $350.00 for part of the vet bill to go further with the vet. When will it arrive?

Honestly she was kept with another puppy the whole time i had her, and the other puppy is fine, So that rules out the possibility she ate something here because they lived together. I know no one likes to take blame but i really think you should check around your house, Because she must of got into something the night you had her. Being that your vet dignosed chemicals instead of a illness or disease , The dogs well being after she left my home puts you at liabilty. I truely wish you the best of luck with the dog, And i hope she makes it

Please be assured home the pup came to was home prepared to take on a pup. This is not my first dog. You stated in your e-mail you would refund the $350.00 paid for the pup. When will the refund promised arrive? I am signing the paper work in an hour at the vet to release the pup of care. Call the vet office to confirm this.
