THIS SITE IS A SCAM! They place job ads online (eg Kijiji) then send emails asking for help transferring money.
Kijiji agreed it was a scam, and deleted their ad. But they will put others up.
Their are other complaints about this company online. Here's their Email & Job description:

You'll receive transfers from 1,000 USD to 10,000 USD, on average 1-2 transfers a week.)
