This company debited 260.00 out of my checking account. Then when I called them they were so rude, and would not allow me to speak to a manager. They told me a 200.00 pay day loan was taken out in 2008 using my name and information. I asked her for the information she had an address that I had when I was a teenager, I am 39 years old now. She then said she could have me arrested for giving a false address on my application. I said lady first of all I did not take out a loan with your company. It made my account -153.00 causing other bills to bounce. I had my bank put a block on the account but they still continuously are trying almost every other day to debit funds. I have filed a report with the BBB and the FTC. Tomorrow I am filing a police report. They also said some tried to take out another loan using the same info in 2009. The 200.00 pay day loan has now turned into over a thousand dollars. They continued to run this payment through a closed account 42 times and expect me to pay it. I will be closing my account, because after reading several complaints about there practices I have also found that they use multiple other business names. I am so pissedddd!!!! If your money is not safe in the bank where is it safe. My husband has told me multiple times stop purchasing and doing somany financial tranactions on line because of how easy it is for people to obtain your information. Well I learned my lesson. Now I see why back in the day people kept there money in shoe boxes. What a great way to bring in the New Year. BROKE!!!
