National Recovery Agency Credit Plus Solution Group Fraud Collecion Agency Scam Dirtbags Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

I have a fraudulent collection agency hurting my credit. I noticed a collection on my credit report for $44.00. I received a phone call from the company and a woman said that I owed Columbia House from 2007. I do not know Columbia House and never had a transaction with Columbia House. I told the woman that the collection is fraud. She said, "Pay your bills ma'am." I said, "You pay your bills." She had a lot of immediate and aggressive responses. This call was mid-March 2011. A few days later, a man called (sounding like he was eating a sandwich) and said this call would be recorded then hung up. They never mail me anything. The caller ID shows them calling sporadically and when I answer they hang up on me. I see on the Internet that Columbia House was involved with fraudulent sale of debt in 2008. This alleged agreement with me, the woman said, was 2007. This collection agency that is on my credit report is called National Recovery Agency, 800-773-4503. Since they never mail me anything, all I have is that name and a phone number from my credit report. I see on the Better Business Bureau that the phone number pulls up the name of another collection agency, Credit Plus Solution Group, PO Box 67533 in Harrisburg, PA, 17106. I want this removed from my credit report per the FCRA. This is fraud therefore unverifiable and does not belong to me. I also want to report this collection agency to the proper authorities that protect consumers. I wroite to the three bureaus, AZ Attorney Generals office, PA Attorney Generals office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau.
