| I have a reseller account with myresellerhome.com. 3 months back I paid for a domain transfer which did not happen till date. I tried to call up on their number which keeps coming busy. There customer service sucks. Everything displayed on the website are just lies. Whenever I contacted chat support, they asked me to raise ticket and whenever I raised the ticket nobody responded. I will suggest every one to pay extra bucks and go for good hosting companies. DO NOT BUY ANY HOSTING PACKAGES FROM MYRESELLERHOME.COM |

| I have a reseller plan with myresellerhome.com too. At this writing my sites are down again. Its been a few hours so far. Sites are down for a few hour each day it seems. Maybe they rotate site uptime to conserve bandwidth. Last week they were down for few days. They have alot of sites on a server. Like a thousand. |

I am one of the clients of this hosting providers here is my site link www.xpert-sol.com
I regret the time I got my hosting from these providers they are completely useless My site is 70% down. I am web designing and development company and I have my links on site to show demos to my clients but the site is always in trouble and I had lost a lot of my clients. Right now as I am writing the review my site is down from the last 29 hours and whenever I try to contact them they have the same tale that it will be ok in few hours. I cannot check my emails cannot show progress to my clients that are waiting for more than a day. This had cost me more than $2500 loss till now.
This thing is not for a day this has been going since the day I got there hosting. The cpanel is like a snail taking long times to get opened and connected. This is mess I am so disappointed.
:( I will never recommend this to you people until you want a site that is 75% down. The technical staff is also so useless they keep telling you false tales I had talked to more then 4 persons randomly but got same things and same copy paste chat by their solutions.

I'm also myresellerhome.com customer scene 5th august 2011 . I have a reseller plan with myresellerhome.com too, its always down ... slow and take too many time to load my site. in that reason I have request money-back guarantee from them 15th august 2011, but today is 24th august 2011. they not reply my tickets, live chat, phone calls... etc ... I'm recommend please think twice before buy regular hosting, reseller plans, vps or dedicated servers from www.myresellerhome.com.

You really can't beat Myresellerhome.com for the price. I'm able to install as many sites as I want to.
I'm running six drupal sites on one account and it works very well. I did encounter the "internal server errors" but with Myresellerhome.com support, they were able to make a change on their mysql server that fixed the problem. :) It was resolved within sometime, very fast support !! |

I had tried a few large hosting companies before Myresellerhome and in comparison I've found Myresellerhome to be be very easy to work with. No fancy bells & whistles. Very useful and functional Control Panel application’s. I've used Myresellerhome for about 2 years now.
