Claim that they are backed up and that they are just waiting for the trucks to come pick up orders. They lied and said they could deliver by Christmas. I wonder if I just got scammed. It is now January 2, 2012 County Imports/ Buggy World sent me an email on December 17, 2011 saying: If your order shows it is "Ready to Ship" (tracking not available yet but is next!) "Ready to ship" means our staff has completed all the legal verification process required by all Credit Card Companies to prevent fraud and incorrect orders. They have double checked your order for accuracy and are preparing your order for shipping. Below is a detailed process. Then, in the next 1-2 business days your order will be completed by our
staff and moved to "Complete" It has been 15 days! Now I am wondering if I got scammed? I just wanted to get my kids a nice Christmas present. Oh yeah, It's impossible to get someone there on the phone after they take your money. I wonder if they proved any kind of customer service after they get your money.
