Motel 6 Santa Fe - Cerrillos Road South #1363 banning customers that file concerns with corporate office Santa Fe, New Mexico

I stayed at Sante Fe Motel 6 approximately August 20 â€“ September 9, located at 3695 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM . Around 3am, a suspicious man in a truck was circling the hotel parking lot for an hour or so. The third night the man stopped and attempted to talk to me from his truck. The truck followed me as I walked to the front desk. The truck parked on the hotel property just outside the front desk window and waited for me. I was frightened for my safety and informed the night desk man what was happening. The night desk man dismissed my concerns about the stalking truck and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I was stuck in the hotel office approximately 10-15 minutes waiting for the truck to leave. After the truck left I ran back to my room and called the police. The next morning I called Motel 6 headquarters to report the incident. A few days later when I checked-out the hotel manager Cindy told me - quote: â€œâ€Will you be returning to Santa Fe?â€â€œ I replied yes but I will be staying else ware. â€œGood because corporate has banned you after that little complaint call you made the other morningâ€â€ I was a bit confused so I called Motel 6 headquarters to find out what had happened. I have since been informed the manager Cindy banned me by falsely claiming I â€œcaused a disturbance" It is of the utmost bad customer relation to ban good long term customers when they contact Motel 6 with legitimate concerns and feedback. I have tried numerous times to reach someone at Motel 6 headquarters with no response. 11/28/2011
