Hello, My name Michael and I am a Facebook user from CT. I play the Jersey Shore game on Facebook and saw how you could earn extra credits to further your gaming experience. So one of the options was to sign up for the Disney dvd club. So I said why not I have two children and they would like it so I thought It was a no brainer. So after an hour the credits never appeared. Long story short they never appeared! After back and forth emails from tapjoy stating that they needed proof blah blah blah. Let us look into it and we will get back to you. I submitted all the prrof they needed and what did they do. They gave me some bs excuse and said we will get back to you in 3 to 5 days. NEVER HAPPENED! Now three months later I am still waiting! So to any lawyers out there who would like to contact me please do as I would def love to file suit against these scammers!!! |

I purchased Farmville cash through Tapjoy, the money came out of my bank account and i was emailed the payment confirmation receipt, yet no farmville cash was credited. I waited 48 hours and then emailed Tapjoy who told me they had no record of my transaction and to forward them the proof which i did. I then recieved another email from them saying they apologize but cant find my transaction in their system and think it was probably done through an offer through a company called Trialplay. My purchase was not done through a offer it was done directly through my farmville game but i proceeded to contacted Trialplay anyway only for them to confirm it was not done through them. I then contacted Zinga Billing Support and emailed them my proof of purchase and they confirmed that my transaction was done through Tapjoy. Anyway after forwarding Zinga's email onto Tapjoy i didnt hear back from them for ages. They eventualy emailed me back today saying we apologise but we can not refund your credits as recently discussed we apologise for any inconvenience. Concidering they have never even discussed a refund with me the email actualy made no sense. Tapjoy have just shown themselves up to have bad customer service and when you take money from someones bank and dont give them their goods it is no more than theft. |
